新酒店，硬件設施不錯，從樓上看風景視線很好。但樓下有間ktv，住在16樓晚上12點都感到明顯震動，從大堂出入人員很雜，門口保安煙抽個不停，形象很差。

如果你一定要來嘉禾縣凱里亞德酒店，就一定要做好徹夜不眠的準備！！！
樓下五樓的歌廳，晚上10點多鐘就開始了蹦迪，狂暴的搖滾樂把整個樓都震盪起來，讓人瞬間睡意全無。
打電話給前台，答覆：沒有辦法；
打電話給派出所值班人員，答覆：擾民不歸我們管；
打電話給郴州12345，答覆：瞭解一下情況。結果就是沒有結果。
快下半夜1點啦，樓下還在搖着蹦着……。終於天亮，再見啦嘉禾，永遠不見！！！
差！差！差！

優點：
地理位置較比華天來説方便一些，樓下有生源超市，肯德基，屈臣氏，瑞幸咖啡。
缺點：
服務標準專業度，整體規劃和裝修設計不如華天。例如：樓道里在設計規劃時就沒有安裝空調（服務員説），窗簾漏光的痛點，生物叫醒模式十分不舒服😞
智能的元素有點尷尬，沒有了小度，牆面上的空調面板是無法控制空調的，兼容性欠缺，那就是智能的尷尬點。
還有，電視機居然不能投屏

旅行這麼多天，第一個差評送給他們，可圈可點很多
先説優點：
態度很好，出現問題和諮詢的態度都很好
屋內智能設備在縣城是相對有優勢了
地理位置還不錯
缺點：
我們入住比較晚，發現下水道漏水很厲害，讓維修師傅上門後沒有做出合理方案，我們一直在等，在兩位維修師傅上門沒解決後，老公聯繫前台要求換房，處理問題的方案不足，但是期間態度每個工作人員都很好
換到新房間以後，我們一早要趕路，匆忙睡下，一晚上不知道哪裡來的蛐蛐，一直在叫，神經衰弱了……
智能設備並不是非常靈活，同時睡覺不能完全黑掉所有電源，因為智能設備，導致一直有各種燈在閃爍
