全程體驗超驚喜！酒店位置離溝口開車15分鐘，酒店有班車免費送到景區大門口，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果滿分，睡得格外踏實。工作人員服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房都高效貼心，酒店一樓的餐廳飯菜也很不錯，氂牛肉湯鍋很鮮，性價比絕了，下次來還選這裏！超出預期的一次入住！酒店衞生細節拉滿，衞生間乾淨，這個價格，真的比溝口的強太多啦

酒店位於一處坡底，上坡三岔路口就是“漳扎東”公交站，乾淨衞生，旺季早上六點五十開始有班車送到九寨溝遊客中心，早餐很豐盛。

房間比較乾淨，裏九寨溝很近，酒店有免費送到景區的車服務，早餐比較豐富，屋裡暖和。走廊裏的台階拉了箱子走不方便。

房間整體來説還不錯，定了兩間，比較乾淨，沒有異味，前台服務也不錯，早餐種類也很豐富，早上還有送景區服務，唯一的不滿就是隔音一般，晚上一直有聲音，比較影響休息。

是被之前旅遊過的朋友推薦來維也納的，所以也沒看溝口其他酒店。
服務態度沒的説，絕對一流。
屋子設備不太好使，空調不好用，半夜來修理也沒弄好。
服務人員態度很好，積極溝通換房，第二天也算解決問題了。
早餐種類挺多，説得過去。晚餐點餐式，紅燒氂牛肉好吃。
進溝有車送，去高鐵站酒店會幫忙聯繫車，還算方便。

維也納的位置鬧中取靜，酒店有班車到九寨溝景區很方便。房間寬敞舒適，住起來很輕鬆。酒店門口還有一條沿溪水的慢行道可以散步。體驗不錯。酒店前台還可以幫助代訂直通車，還是很省心的。
