The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

You can walk to CIQ but takes around 8-10 minutes. Not covered. There's a swimming pool but according to my kids, it's very cold swimming in it, not sure if it's the current weather. So they are not ecstatic about it unlike other hotels we have been thru. The pool is not that clean either. But the gym is top notch. Breakfast top as well. The room is great and warm cookies were provided during check in. The hotel team gave my daughter a small cake for her birthday upon request. Kudos! Free AC charger (I got around 2.7kW) for EV car (6hrs) The good stuff definitely overshadows the minor weaknesses.

It is a great location , below is just the mall . It was my 2nd time here. Most of the food , massage and shopping can be done here without the need to taxi around . Only bad thing is very crowded area 🤣. The hotel is clean but is kind of old if you are too particular. The bed is soft with 2 chairs and a table , sometimes we eat there. One last thing is the room generally dark so may need to open the curtain. Overall is still a great experience

Back here again for the 3rd time (2nd time with the family) because we love our previous stay back in Dec 2023. However this time round the room given to me was a little disappointing - smells smoke upon arriving and the bedside light was faulty. The kids pool have chicken wings bones in it and we also saw a cigarette bud been thrown down into the room (most likely from the opposite residence area). Despite being disappointed in some minor things, we still enjoyed our stay - the kids have fun and all :)

Consistent with brand standards, bulk-size amenities are provided here at the Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre and while I do appreciate the positive impact these initiatives have on the environment, the body wash bottles located by the shower area were empty when I checked-in to the room. The opaque bottles definitely make it hard for housekeeping to check whether a top-up is required so this is quite certainly a pain point for everyone. Affordable and modern rooms in a great location make Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre a great choice for travellers from Singapore without private transport.

Dear Crystal Crown Management Team, First of all, I would like to thank you for the hospitality during this period. To begin with, I have a brother who is currently serving quarantine at Hotel Ramada, so I know exactly what are the two hotels offering and its differences. Nevertheless, my stay with Crystal Crown has been a decent one which I am grateful for. I will also be honest with you that there are quite number of areas which need to be improved, not only for the wellbeing of the next batch of guests, but also for the benefit of your staff members. Hence, I would like to provide some constructive suggestions. 1) Communications a) Clarity on the rules of food / items delivery. The RELA briefed us on the arrival day, but it was unclear as we were seated outdoor. A suggestion is to include pictures in your document. See the attached photo for illustration. Besides pasting the rules at the entrance, you could also print it out in black and white for every room, together with the welcome letter. I believe that once the rules are spelled out clearly, the guests will manage their expectations accordingly. b) Distribute the 14 days necessities (e.g. mineral waters, trash bag, toiletries) at one shot. This is also a good practice of Hotel Ramada. Not only the guests can ration the items based on their needs, it also saves your hotel staff the trouble of attending to the needs of the guests at all time. c) Discontinue the whatsapp group. I understand the intention of setting up the group is for emergency purpose. But we all clearly know that this is not the case. Unfortunately, the chat group becomes a platform of all sorts of stuff: from requesting the daily necessities, clarifying the same delivery rules, asking the staff to pick up and send food / items, to spamming the group of 198 people with complaints and feud, or even turning the group into personal chat room. I believe once point a) & b) are sorted out, there is less need to use the whatsapp group as the main channel of communication. We can always use the phone in our room to call the front desk for additional requests or attend to emergency matters. Respecting the guests’ privacy is very much appreciated. 2) Dietary Preferences a) Make the effort to collect guests’ dietary needs and be committed to attend to it. This is a basic etiquette and fundamentals of the hospitality industries. Peanut and seafood allergies can be severe and deadly. The health of people with medical conditions (e.g. diabetes) could be affected. Not to mention the vulnerable such as the elderly, young children and pregnant women. We are human after all, hence the importance of mutual respect – treat the guests the way you want to be treated. b) Look after the well-being of the vegetarians. I would like to speak up for the vegetarians, especially those who practise strict vegetarianism. They cannot to take onions, garlic, chives, green onions and leeks, as it cause anger and desi

Everyone in my group loved it. My kids loved it so much. Clean, spacious. We arrived late but they were very accommodating with the set up of the extra bed. My only gripe was there's no extra key card so while the kids were resting in the room, I had to ask for assistance from front desk to help me get into my room. N I ran alot of errands 😂 but the staff were very nice. Aircon wasn't very cold for a new hotel wish we could have increase the speed of the ceiling fan.

Booked the hotel with club access at attractive rates. However, kinda disappointed that the club access besides having a nice chill out room has no one manning the room even during the stated timing between 3pm to 7pm. And that essentially means zero refreshment or any snacks. Rooms under club access are big and comes with good room amenities like powered bidet and showering with body jets. Location is abit far from JB bit the lower price justify it. For those people that are superstitious, u might want to take note to inform the hotel not to give u rooms with facings that face the chinese graveyard.

Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

I am very picky when it comes to budget hotel. But not for I Am Jazz Boutique Hotel. We’re just set up business in Pasir Gudang and need frequent site visit. What can i say it was very nice and clean boutique hotel. Spacious room (Deluxe King Room) with very reasonable rate (RM 110). Will definitely come here again since got more meeting to attend in Pasir Gudang.
