Near to Aeon Tebrau and not too far from Mount Austin. Room was considered clean. Toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, drink, coffee, towel provided for. Able to refill water at dispenser at the lobby too. And there’s snack there too. Perfect if on a budget. Or just a short stay over.

4 of us checked into The Arden’s over the weekend for a 2 day trip in jb. We checked into the luxe king. There is a security to look over the outdoor car park, and front desk available 24/7. These are plus points. However, much can be improved for The Arden’s. The towel are all mouldy and yellowish, air con aren’t cold, and the bed sheets had stains and strands of hair left over from the previous guest (I believe). However the location is very convenient, but I am not willing to settle for a aircon that’s blowing warm air, so I don’t think I will be staying at The Arden’s till they re-renovate again. But still, thanks for the stay.

No water bottles provided. Water dispenser is just besides the staircase on Level 2. Toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste & mini shower/shampoo bottles provided. Towels available. Coffee sachets provided. Room quite spacious. If you want to go to Tebrau IKEA and AEON. this is the right hotel as AEON is just behind with shortcut access through carpark. Why 4 stars for cleanliness? We can smell cigarette smoke in the room after check-in. And after seeing the cigarette tray on the desk, we realised that our room is the smoking type. I assume that all rooms are non-smoking type. Should remember to request for non-smoking roomin the future. Will stay again if need to go to AEON Tebrau.

Pretty decent hotel. The location is amazing since it's in the Austin area. Infinite good food here. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast choices are decent, can surely be improved by having more choices. The decorations can too be improved, the hotel is blessed with too much space, thus this is something they can think hard on to fill in all the blanks. Else it looked empty and sad. Price wise and hotel room is good. Will still recommend this place mainly due to the amazing location.

Good for price!!! Spacious room, normal design, hot water and refillable drinking water! Towel smells really good. Definitely come to stay again as it’s really affordable. No fridge but receptionist helped to keep our frozen item! Tqsm

I travel for business, because I have training at JPFSA, so this is the most decent hotel in the area. This is a small town not far from Johor Bahru, the capital state. Easy to get Grab Service and a lot of eating place. There a bar and restaurant next to the hotel, Japanese Restaurant Opposite & Bakery opposite the hotel. Room is spacious, bright lighting and decent decoration, there no wardrobe. It's ok for 1 or 2 nights. Quite safe for woman traveller. Breakfast can be better. They only serve coffee/tea with sandwiches and noodles/fried rice. Please dont set high expectation for breakfast. This area mostly office area for freight forwarders and other small businesses.

Room is clean. Basic toiletries fully equipped. Water pressure for showers best. Kettle, hairdryer and ironing with board also available. Request for additional pillows not allowed. Penalty RM20 for lost access card. Carpark lots available and v convenience. Will definitely revisit while room rate is reasonable and affordable. Staff at counter not so charming but willing to help.

The service provider was attentive to the administrative details - some of which, were rather complex. Though the external building block appeared pretty rundown, the unit that we stayed was exquisite in furnishings for a very comfortable stay. No food was provided but the two canteens within the compound offered economical and nice food at great convenience.

Found two or three units at this apartment and decided to book this unit as it’s the cheapest. However after I made the booking, I found I have to pay additional fee of laundry RM110, so it’s not cheap anymore. Besides, the advertisement informed us the room was for max 5 people so I thought there were 3 beds but there’s only one queen bed and a single bed. We went there as a family of four, so the three of us have to squeeze in one queen bed.

Very affordable, paid like S$25 for 2pax only. Mostly clean except floor, can't be barefooted. Provide toothbrushes, toothpastes, shampoo, shower gel, hot water, towels, hangers and slippers. Door a bit too near to toilet bowl, just be careful. TV remote will have instructions but buttons behind the TV are hidden, so still need call crew for help. Hair dryer will be provided, but upon request at counter/call service. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay, recommended to those who want to have easier access to Aeon mall in tebrau city.
