The location is pretty good, close to the station, there is an Aeon right in front and a convenience store within walking distance. There are no noisy facilities nearby, so it was quiet at night. The staff's attitude was average (neither good nor bad). The only disappointing thing was that the hair dryer was quite old, and the walls and doors were thin, so you could hear a lot of noise (such as people entering and exiting). It was a unit bath, but I personally like the shower head, so the shower was very comfortable. It was the first time that there were no body towels among the amenities, so my rating was slightly lower. It was a nice place, but I would like to return if the facilities were improved.

It is easy to buy food and drink 5) There is a laundry room, we live for 5 days, so there is absolutely no need for laundry 6) The toilets are large, with bathtubs and tubs, separate showers, toilets, and sinks for washing hands. The family has its own way, so don’t wait for a seat😅 It’s a self-service check-in. The hotel gate and room doors all use a password to enter. If you have any problems during your stay, you can only call them by email/phone. In addition, no one will check the room every day, and the garbage must be taken out of the hotel by yourself rubbish 🗑️ The overall cp value is very high, the price is reasonable, very satisfied👍

There is a large shopping mall near the hotel with a lot of delicious food. There is a live fish shop on the ground floor. The dishes are very good. I like it. The large bathhouse in the hotel is also very good. It can relieve the fatigue of the whole day. The room size is also relatively large. Not bad, there is a bed, a dining table and a sofa in Japan!

Hotel facilities, hygienic food, and location can all be rated as 5 points. The hotel is surrounded by TOBU department store and other Shapo shopping malls. There are also many restaurants around, and you can find everything. If you walk a few steps, there is a large AEON next to Shin-Funabashi Station. There are several floors. In short, it is very convenient. There is no need to transfer to the airport or even to Tokyo. It is simply first-rate. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time. The bed was comfortable and I was able to move around energetically the next morning. However, there was a smoking area near the stairs, so the smell of cigarettes was a bit of a concern. I had the curry from the daily menu, but it was spicy, so if you don't like spicy food, you might want to be careful.

The hotel's buffet breakfast is provided by a restaurant downstairs with good service. Although there are fewer varieties, it is enough for a light breakfast. For single occupancy, the room is very clean and new with plenty of space. Heating and cooling air conditioning is available.
