The facilities are older. You have to make your own mattresses. Bottled mineral water is not provided, but ice bars are provided for free after soaking in the hot springs.

Seven adults from three generations stayed in three deluxe Japanese twin rooms. The food and customer service were good, and members who liked alcohol could enjoy themselves at the bar after dinner, and then return to their room and relax on the tatami floor. Since our room was on the third floor, we had to use two elevators, and the inside of the building was a bit like a maze, but there were helpful guides everywhere. My parents, who are in their 80s, were happy that the public bath was carpeted with tatami mats, so they didn't have to worry about slipping. After breakfast, we all enjoyed the grand golf on the premises, and it was a meaningful experience until we checked out at 11am.We would definitely use the hotel again.

The food is always delicious and you can drink as much alcohol as you want, so I'm very satisfied! This was my first time using a night bar, and I was able to drink slowly, and my wife was impressed by how delicious the vegetable side dishes were. The tatami mats on the floor of the public bath are always comfortable. The children were playing table tennis for the first time and were moving around with great excitement. I would definitely use it again.

This is the third time that I have been indebted to Mr. Sugawa. At first, I was able to use the activity for free for 30 minutes, and the employees were kind and made me feel comfortable, so I wanted to go again, even though it's only a 45-minute drive from my home. This is my second time here, and like the last time, there are activities and all-you-can-drink included, and the staff's service is the same and is great. This time, I was taken care of by the plan that included one night and three meals. Used by a couple of friends, 30 minutes of table tennis, 30 minutes of electric bicycles, 30 minutes of grand golf, all free, all-you-can-drink included, free soap bubbles, bar at 8:30 p.m. All-you-can-drink until 10:30 with snacks, candy after the bath, and it was a complete treat, so we didn't have to pay anything extra during our stay. Lunch was included on the second day, and we enjoyed the barbecue, then took a bath and headed home. I couldn't finish all the BBQ ingredients, including salad and fruit. It was great that there was a fair for the children to enjoy, hand-held fireworks, and soap bubbles. The night noodles and baked sweet potato were also delicious. I stayed in a room with an open-air hot spring bath because I had a baby with me. As for the all-you-can-drink dinner, it was a pity that I couldn't drink alcohol because I was breastfeeding, but there was also non-alcoholic wine, which was delicious with the meal. I was worried about the small amount of food, so I brought cup noodles and rice balls, but I was very satisfied without eating them. There was a nursing room at the dinner venue, which was helpful, but it was a little disappointing that there was dust on the towels in the diaper changing space and spider webs on the feet.

The rice with lots of vegetables was delicious and the amount was very filling. The room felt a little small, but it was well-cleaned and even under the bed was clean. Also, the lock on the window in the room was broken and I couldn't lock it. There is a table tennis rental service that the whole family can enjoy. My 4-year-old son said that the most fun part was finding the eight frogs in the museum and making a gacha-gacha game. The staff were kind and I felt comfortable. thank you very much.

The atmosphere of your hotel has changed. After climbing the mountains of Kameoka, I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot springs and having a delicious meal, but I thought they were being too conscious of inbound tourists. Although we have been using the restaurant for a long time, there is no one to say ``thank you'' to us when we start or finish our meal. Who do you value in your business?
