Booked this hotel because of the location but at the time we checked in the hotel was under renovation

The city is one of the cleanest in Thailand This Hotel that found in the listing shows photographs taken 15 years ago The hotel is neglected and run down not only for Western standards but for Thais as well I filed a a complain to customer service at the time of my arrival but have not gotten a proper response. I do not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel, and I am puzzled how Trip.com can list such a low grade hotel

Nearby Robinson lifestyle Mall and Big C supermarket, and not far away from wet market. Provide a simple breakfast, but it is good enough.

The pictures posted on the app are very different from the real thing. It's old and dilapidated. The faucet is broken and hard to open. The chair's legs are old and the table paint is peeling. Fortunately, the hot water and the air conditioner are cool. The bed is okay.

The room is quite old, especially the bathroom. It is not clean and there is black mold everywhere. However, the bed is usable and not sagging. It is suitable for a place to stay on the way back to Bangkok. Breakfast includes rice soup, rice with one dish and bread and coffee. It is considered reasonable for the price.

The bathroom was very dirty with big spiders and it was very old and not very hygienic. The waiter was very friendly. The location was also very good and it was very close to Robinson and only a few minutes' walk away.

It's worth the price. The location should be not far but a bit hidden. The service staff is good and there's breakfast as well. Very worthwhile.
