Beautiful new hotel set on the hillside with great views overlooking Kandy and the lake Hotel is stylish and we had a very warm welcome. Room was lovely and a comfortable bed. The rooftop pool is beautiful and a great place to unwind after time in the city. Note- Currently no alcohol licence but we were only here for one night and not a problem. Breakfast was really nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location (just outside of busy Kandy), SUPER clean rooms, really peaceful pool, amazing staff, lovely buffet breakfast/dinner and a la carte lunch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again. It would be even better if the bar area had more ambience.

Brand new hotel recently opened, so everything looks new and good quality fittings.
Members of staff were very attentive to our needs.
Views are great because the hotel is up in the hill so you get beautiful views of the lake and temples.
Great rooftop pool with infinity view.
We really enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast

We loved the staff, the interiors and the food....the pool and the views are amazing. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is there are no room safes and when we went for a swim or breakfast, our cash was stolen....wallets and bags searched and most of the cash removed (not all) but over 2K ...such a shame, such a beautiful property.

This is such an elegant and relaxing hotel, a very short walk to the lake in Kandy and so putting so many things you want to do, right on the doorstep. Romesh and his team made sure we had everything we needed, the staff and service were uniformly terrific, it is a new hotel and super clean and everything was in top order and condition. Many hours spent in and out of the rooftop pool, listening to the sounds of Kandy - the bells, the chanting, the bird song, the hum of the town - and watching the extraordinary natural world that coexists with the human one - the monkeys, parrots, butterflies, and at dusk the flight of the fruit bats going out for the night, as the crows are coming home. Just amazing. Everything you want in a hotel and perfectly judged service - genuinely warm and friendly and helpful, but also discreet. We would definitely go back. Newly built hotel with great views over the lake. Easy access into town by a shortcut which is not on google maps and shown to me by staff member. All staff helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and so was the evening meal. The pool is welcome in the heat but there are not that many sunloungers. Overall an oasis of calm in a noisy and busy city. Great to sit on balcony and just watch the action in the late afternoon.

This hotel has the feeling of not quite being finished. We stayed in a suite, which had a small kitchen but not a single piece of cutlery or crockery. There were also no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel and only a small number of hangers. The restaurant was very hot and humid. There was no bar/alcohol served. The roof top pool has amazing views if the lake and tooth temple site, as did our room.

New hotel, looks great on arrival. Comfy beds. Nice view. Few things about this establishment that are worth knowing before booking. - The hotel does not have a liquor license as yet, so there is no alcohol available. - The restaurant is buffet only. Plenty of options but buffet. - There is no air conditioning in the restaurant, so it is a bit stuffy - There isn’t much shade on the rooftop.

After travelling for 4 months I arrived at the hotel, the staff were very attentive and checked in smoothly. Hotel room great but the finish was shabby. I phoned down for some beers only to be told that the hotel had no licence and had to buy my own.i checked out appalling
