Handicap parking was an issue. There was only 2 slots, and they stayed full. Most of the other parking slots are designated to a restaurant. That relegated hotel guests to park in a remote area of the parking lot, outside of the view of guests.

Everything about our stay at the Holiday Inn. Express was wonderful. The facility is pristine, clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable. The fact that it was so close to KUMED is an incredible plus!

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve as a cheaper alternative to the plaza. No complaints! Conveniently located off the highway to get home, but close enough to the plaza. Breakfast had plentiful options.
One negative- treadmill was broken.

Snowstorm in Liberal!
We arrived late but I had confirmed our reservation and assured the front desk we would be there. We had no problems checking in even though front desk had noon reservations show up!

The property was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very courteous. It was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.
I would have given this property an all-5-star rating however, the Wi-Fi was not working during my stay, though the staff said they had called for repairs. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Stayed overbite for early tests at KU Westwood and we slept wonderful. Everything was fine and quiet.
