The resort's stunning surroundings, lush greenery, and overlooking breathtaking views, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff and the front office did not pay attention when we arrived. Nobody greeted us, and as soon they saw us they started doing formalities. After checking in we were waiting for our luggage to be sent to our room. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable, although there was a strange smell in the lobby and room. The culinary experience at Annai Resorts was impressive. The resort's restaurants offered a diverse array of flavors to satisfy every palate. But staff members, such as slow response times or unhelpful attitudes, bothered me. From swimming in the pristine pool to pampering myself with a relaxing spa treatment, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and recharge.

I stayed at Annai Resorts Kanyakumari with my family. Our room had spectacular view of the ocean. It was a spacious room nearly done up with the linen. It had all the modern amenities. Staff was very prompt in service. It’s a big property with finesse. The lawns were well ***icured. Food was excellent and good on the stomach. Beautiful interiors, impeccable service and the unparalleled location makes Annai Resorts the best choice in Kanyakumari. This is a highly recommended property. This time I only stayed for one night. Next time I will ensure to stay there for 2nights atleast. Resort is friendly for all ages. The location is such that it’s near by the Sunset point, market, the temple, Vivekananda Rock. We took a stroll at night by the sea just literally 10 steps away from the hotel by only crossing the road. It was a wise decision to stay at this property. We all loved our stay here.

Services are very slow. At the reception it took much longer than usual while checking in and out. We kept waiting and due to shortage of staff there was complete mis***agement. We booked 2 rooms and accommodated at -1 level in room numbers 1007 & 1008. In front of our rooms there was dish washing room and because of that lots of noise till late night. For me it is highly surprising and terrible experience. In the restaurant it took more than 45 minutes for the lunch and staff was not caring for our calls. Room service was also very slow. Bathrooms of our rooms were not properly architected, while taking shower most of the water was spilling out side, wetting the toiletries. The bar of the hotel has very limited varieties. No single malts or premium quality beers etc was available. Not a good experience for our one day visit from 25th to 26th March 2024. Alok Mittal

We had a Room in the main building , which was booked by travel agency for us. Bathroom was very tiny. One can hardly sit while using the toilet. We had to ask for hand towels, there was none in the bathroom. Toilet tissue was not there in the holder, we had to take care of it on our own. When we complained about the room we just got the blank look from the desk person. Restaurant had a good food and excellent service. The staff were very attentive.

Mesmerizing place to be in. Location is just perfect, everything is on a walkable distance. We took the Premium Executive room- Rooms are big and very beautifully made up. Rooms were clean and bathroom was perfect. It has a view of the ocean from the balcony and room, however as it's at ground floor, you have to keep curtains most of the time. Housekeeping was great and made sure stay was good. Restaurants- they have 2, Coral Reef and Sea View. Both of them served tasty food and at our stay in Kanyakumari we didn't felt of going outside as the food was upto mark and standard was maintained. Restaurant staff was very friendly with kids and made sure all our welcomed. Coral reef is at ground floor and sea view is at top floor which gives view of sea. It's a good place to go with kids as well, they have 2 kids play area which keep kids busy and ample space to run. They have 3 swimming pools which is indeed helpful to distribute the crowd. They have buggy facility to go to your room Spa team are knowledgeable and does the work beyond expectation. Some suggestions: 1. Please put some chairs near to swimming pool 2. Please increase swimming pool time in evening, it will help guests to enjoy evening time in pool 3. Please arrange something to take shower before going to pool for other 2 pools.

Excellent stay . Friendly Staff and excellent breakfast. Awesome experience . Food was very homely. Rooms were very comfortable. Beach view rooms were a good add on. Infiniti pool was very pleasing to the eye . I would recommend families to give it a visit

It’s an amazing Hotel . Staff were very cooperative especially Jonny and Natrajan made our experience memorable. Breakfast was very tasty and filling . Overall the food quality was good . Rooms with beach view were just a pleasing experience and also the Infiniti pool had a good vibe to it . Overall I would recommend families to surely give it a try , trust me u will not be disappointed.
