The location of the hotel environment is very good, it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, eating and shopping are also more convenient, in short, I am satisfied, I will stay here next time I have a chance! !

One of the best hotel experiences. The hotel is quiet and nice by the river. The hotel is a great mix of history and modern convenience. Did not test out the gym or the roof terrace. But suppose it keeps the same quality as the rest. Very good breakfast with great selection

The hotel located just beside the congress centre, it is a small and cozy with it´s six stories and I think only nine rooms on each floor. My room was really nice with double bed and a sitting area, also a nice view over the nearby roofs and canal. Spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed everything immaculate and clean. The breakfast area, adjacent to the lobby is quite quiet, and gives a relaxing start of the day. The usual assortment of breakfast options, but also including Belgian waffles, smoked salmon and more. Parking is offered in a nearby public space at a fixed rate, and you pay in the hotel. If some exercise is desired, the river is just outside and along that you can take a good walk. So good value for money and a very pleasant stay.

Overall a below average experience. We had 4 rooms traveling af families. Overall the hotel seemed overhelmed by high season Restaurant was a mess and was placed in a conference room. We came to the restaurant at 19:00 with a booking for 10. We was the last guest to order food. the experience of setting in a conference room was clear. After seeing the buffet we decided to order a la carte. We order from the menu with no extra request and 4 of them kids menus. It took mere than 1 hour for the food to come… BUT 3 courses missing!! Another wait and we was not able to eat at the same time. The chef was polite and was given a apology and it seemed like they where trying. After the meal we explained our disapointment to the wait staff and some persistent explaining. We was offered a discount. Next time we eat in the city. Morningbuffet was a mystery! Large buffet but overall not inspiring and alot of readymade options. One thing we simply dont understand according to Scandic profile of beeing healthy and nutritious for kids…. Serving candy and Oreo’s for kidsbuffet ?? Rooms was fine but when you booked for 4 persons it gives a not ready feeling when the bunkbeds needed to be prepared. VERY NOISY! Alot of noise from the street from loud cars and the floor above us was noisy from foodsteps.

Quick check-in and friendly service. The room was nice and modern. Great range of warm and cold breakfast options, with allergy information. There was even a different section with gluten and lactose free options, with a separate cutting board and cutlery (great for celiacs).
