I liked everything except that the pool closes at 19.00 and the wifi only works in the lobby. Otherwise, I liked everything, everything is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the service is top notch. It's all very good at the Phellos but I do wish they would improve the WiFi, it gets more flaky with each passing year.

Good location. Clean updated bathroom. Good water pressure. Room itself can do with some update. ( I was on a second floor) Trash can in the room would be useful. AC was cold, quiet and working well. It was not reacting on changing temperature up when I wanted it to stop blowing cold air.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially since I had a late arrival. Will stay there again.

Good points - aircon, pool and bar area.
Poor points - staff service terrible and spoke zero English. breakfast very poor - need some international options.
Average rooms, tired and in need of new decor but just ok.
