Great apartment for a family of 4 travelling around South Island and doing all (most) of the activities the area has to offer. Crying racks and heating is fine for post snow days and the outdoor areas allow plenty of space to have some downtime in between events. Location is great, hill runs and hiltons amenities, restaurants and  more.

House is big with Many Rooms but no view at all. Place’s inside resort hotel has no parking space. Paid parking daily 30 dolars a day.

Vehicle parking area was very far and inconvenience to the guest. Some guests had to park along exposed roadside.

Nice hotel, with a very spacious room. All facilities are well-equipped. It's a shame there's no parking right at the entrance; you have to walk a short distance to a nearby car park. It gets really windy, so walking back to the room from the car park in winter can be quite a struggle.

4 of us stay here for 3 nights. We arrived at the hotel 9pm after a long drive from Tekapo. The weather is cold yet when we want freshen up there was no hot water?!!!! They told us there’s a limit hot water for a day. But we only arrived in evening so no one got freshen up until morning. They will not top up shampoo, soap etc. they only provide 10ml container x4 for 4 person for 4 days. The management is unresponsive if you need help will not get any. Poor service don’t go to this place.NOT RECOMMENDED

We LOVED this accommodation!  It was at a great location, walking distance to nearby cafe and the Hilton restaurant - which was amazing for sunset drinks overlooking the gorgeous lake and snow capped mountains.  It was close enough to the bustle of Queenstown but far enough away to relax and enjoy the surroundings.  The host was friendly and welcoming and provided really useful information that assisted our stay.  Self - paid car parking walking distance. Other dining options in the immediate area were limited but we had food delivered easily. Thank you!
