Qwe have booked early in advance and was given a room with no lakeview but a road instead. Very disappointed as it's noisy.

Easy check in and very friendly staff at the reception. Kaycee shared the hotel amenities and the best way to get to town via a water taxi. Hotel room was huge and the bathroom and tub were a delight. The area of the hotel is pretty private and the views of the lake breathtaking!

This is not really 2 bedroom house. Each room has no wall at all and you can hear everythig and doors? are privacy glass so you can see lights and these doors are very noisy.
It has washing machine and full kitchen which is handy but the bedroom is not really separated from the living room.

The front desk staff is outstanding .Very helpful and friendly . The rooms are lovely .. the in room fireplace is a great touch ! The spa is great - very professional! The food and beverage needs to be improved .Stacks is ok.. but when I went , 1 hour before closing they were more interested in closing than they were in getting my order correct . The bar snacks at the Pinot pit need more variety and healthy less expensive options.
