The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and there’s no attendant on the first, so it’s slightly confusing if you don’t read Japanese or have a translation app. The hotel is easy to spot with transportation close by. The rooms are decently sized for singles - I don’t know about the doubles. The breakfast is good and has normal selections - nothing super fancy, but feels like a home cooked meal. The staff was great.

シャワーカーテンは臭く、衛生面が気になります。
ホテルスタッフは新人教育中でしたが、
新人さんよりも教える立場の方のほうが
笑顔も愛想もなく心地良くはなかったです。

246号沿いなので、駅からはやや遠いが、都内のホテルは軒並み高いのでリーズナブルでありがたかった。
部屋もリノベーションされていたこと、掃除も行き届いていたので快適でした。パジャマタイプの寝巻きは、ありがたかった。

部屋に入った瞬間、きれい！と思いました。
なのでとても気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。
退出時、他の部屋を掃除されていた少し年配の方が笑顔で声を掛けて下さったのがとても心に残りました。

温泉はボイラーの故障で利用できず残念でした。

大浴場の利用時間が過ぎていたのに快く受付けて頂き、大変有難かったです。
出来れば、お部屋からバスタオル持参ではなく、大浴場で一式頂けると良いと思いました。

外観は古びていてどうなのかなと思ったが部屋は広くて綺麗でした。
駐車場も300円で一泊でき予約も出来たので車で都内出張行く時はとても便利です。
