Excellent hotel! We really liked it. We had a week off. Location is best in Kazan. View to the Kremlin from the restaurant as on a card. Wonderful spa zone: large swimming pool, spa sauna, jacuzzi with hydro and aeromassage. Visit simulators, everything is great. Staff friendly, friendly. You can see that you try. Breakfasts are above all praise red fish, tongue, delicious dessert, fresh fruit. Summer cherry, peaches, carrots, duck. Room cleaning is excellent. Normal pillows 🙂, two for each-one softer, the other harder. Everything will not be satisfied. The hotel is not paphostic, very comfortable.

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, ”Kazana Arbata” - Bauman Street. 10 minutes in one direction and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes in the other and you are on Tukaya Square. There are many cheap places nearby, where you can have breakfast/dinning/dining, for example popular in the city ”Good dining room” or a network that you can meet in St. Petersburg ”Table №1.” In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available on the resepshne (free) and the teapot and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in the coolers on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, about 12 sq m, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a big double bed in my room - the perfect mattress, clean underwear. High pillows, but it is individually. On each side there is a torch and a roast. tumba for things. It was nice to surprise the presence of a floor bra. There is a hanging for clothes and shoulders. Also such important trimmings as a spoon and a shoe brush. No shoes in the room, but they are as much as other things (baths, hairdressers, etc. ) can be purchased extra. The bathroom is small. The set of towels is full - for feet, faces and bodies. The shower ”cabin” itself is a little tight but not critical. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in the number of days of stay. The only thing in the bathroom is lacking a shelf over the shelves, there is no possibility to fold your hygiene - toothpaste, brush, and so on. The mirror in the bathroom has its own separate illumination. Total: ideal price/quality/location ratio. Recommended.

Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!

Very successfully located in the center of the city, 5 minutes walk from Bauman Street, 15 minutes from the railway station. The rooms are small, common for Ibis, clean. Cleaning is good. On the floor there is a cool and hot water cooler. Very welcoming staff, special thanks and our gratitude to Roman (I hope the name was correctly remembered, his change was 3-4 August) on the resepshen, the settlement passed quickly and much earlier than the scheduled time. Breakfast is very diverse, for any taste and preference, delicious. The sugars with dishes were filled in time, everything was enough. Good kitchen in the restaurant, delicious lunch. The hotel has an opportunity to order a tour of Kazan and not only (prices as in other tours), the bus is right to the hotel. In short, we liked it, thank you.

На удивление, оказалось лучше чем ожидали! - Расположение: великолепное, улица Баумана рядом, Кремль минутахх в 15 ходьбы, не шумно. Вокруг много кафе, метро рядом. - По номеру: у нас двухкомнатный (супериор), чистый, белье современное и чистое. Из даббла нам легко сделали твин, раздвинув кровати и заменив большой матрас на 2 односпальных соответственно (в удобное время, когда мы отсутствовали). Чайника нет (что странно для нашего типа номера), стаканы есть, холодильник есть. - Ванная: большая, с окном. Не могу сказать, что все супер-современно, но вполне чисто. На косметические принадлежности, тапки рассчитывать не стоит. Полотенец хватает (по 2 на душу + для ног) - Сам отель: в коридоре есть гладильные принадлежности (вполне удобно), кулер. Также почему-то вечно болтается тележка уборщицы и портит вид.)) Следует учитывать, что лифта нет. - Обслуживание: тактичный, доброжелательный персонал, у нас опыт положительный)) Вещи можно оставить в камере хранения - Завтраки: континентальные, достаточно сытные (сет из 3х единиц, напиток, хлеб с маслом и плавленным сыром), но не все блюда могут прийтись по вкусу. Так, в первый день у нас были омлет или рисовая каша (на выбор), творог, блинчик с джемом. Во второй день - гречка или макароны с сосиской, апельсин, блинчик с джемом. Я спросила, можно ли вместо макарон попросить еще один блинчик - сделали без проблем))) Качество приготовления - добротное, продукты хорошие. Из напитков - пакетированный чай или кофе (растворимый). Сваренного, конечно, очень не хватает! В целом, если доработать завтраки (всегда иметь яйцо и кофе в позициях), добавить косм.принадлежности в ванную, доработать мелочи - ушел бы небольшой налет ”советчины” и получилась бы добротная европейская трёшка.)) В целом, могу рекомендовать отель!

Selected budget hotel in the center. Reviews were good. The hotel was even better than expected. Drag quietly for 3*, although declared 1*. Staff friendly, benign. In the hotel clean. Believes are white, mattresses are good. The rooms are small but all you need are: a toilet, a TV, an air conditioner, two towels. There is a water cooler in the hall. In the basement there is a dining room with 2 refrigerators, microwave, disposable dish. Tea in packs, salt sugar, e. g. teapot. In the morning you can order breakfast: cashy, pancakes, sausages, eyelids. But I would better eat in the city - there are many cheap delicious establishments. In step-to-step access, the market, Mr. Piterochka (Moscow prices), sights - Bauman Street (pedestrian), the Kremlin, oz Kaban, etc. I can recommend this hotel with pleasure.

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.
