"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

"酒店乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，酒店地下車庫很大，免費停，酒店出門右拐10米，再右拐30米，烤肉、羊肉泡、麪食等都有。前台服務熱情周到，離馬拉松起終點和領物資點都比較近，酒店還為每一位參賽選手免費送心意禮品（一袋蘋果乾、一袋棗），非常好吃，離店時我都吃完了。還帖心為每位參賽選手提供了免費早餐，5:50開餐，就憑這5:50的開早餐，都應大大點贊，為我們延安人長臉了，也應如此我離店前預訂了2027年4月18日。"
