"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping street and the Duomo. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere in Milan. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms have a fridge, safe, kettle, and slippers, and you can even cook. Luggage storage is available after check-out. If you're looking for a convenient location to walk to all your shopping, this is a great choice."

"Excellent! Upon entering, you're greeted by an artistic hallway before reaching the room itself. The room is very spacious, and the external common areas are also quite large. It has a private bathroom and even a washing machine for laundry. There's also an independent kitchen for cooking, fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, forks, and all sorts of utensils – perfect for travelers like us who need to cook. The host is a very friendly Chinese person with great service, always answering any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here."

"The room was lovely, massive and worth the price. Housekeepers kept it clean whilst I was out exploring, and gave me complimentary bottles of water every day on the desk for me with cups. There’s a lovely restaurant there and the surrounding area was beautiful and with the metro station 15 minutes down the road made it really easy to get into central Milan as well. It was a great experience, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it. Plus, got a nice little balcony outside the rooms."

"Very friendly and effective staff, excellent use of technology for site and room access. Great location in the centre of Milan, quiet side street so mostly quiet in the evening. Modern fit out very clean and tidy and extremely spacious. Apartment had a kitchen with cutlery, glasses, plates, stove, microwave and fridge, great for traveling with kids. Close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. WIFI was fast and consistent. Only negatives for us were not great water pressure in the shower and no dishwashing soap in the kitchen."
