"Truly a 5 star hotel. luxury shopping just steps away. Breakfast at 5500yen was the most i paid for in Japan but worth every penny. the selection were not extensive but what was served were top notch. Large room with view of the harbour, awesome beddings. All staff speaks english. Honestly, if u want to splurge this is the hotel to be at."
"The property is very clean and spacious. It is a self contained unit with a functional kitchen and washing machine and a shower room double as a clothe drying room. It is in a quiet area but pretty convenient right next to the shopping street with a short stroll to the Kobe train station. The best feature is the quality bed mattresses. We really like the place and highly recommended it."
"Loved this nice little place. Excellent location right near the Nada station and bus 92. My private room was larger than expected, great AC, opposite the showers and toilet. Most important the bed was very comfortable! There is a train passing by now and then. I didn’t bother and slept well. There are free earplugs available. If you can sleep in a train, you won’t have any problem to sleep here. On the 1F a kitchen, relax and meetup area. Great to meet and talk with the other guests. Staff was excellent, very welcoming, in English 🙃."
"Book a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat. The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available. Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk."
"This was the kids' favorite hotel during our 15-day trip to Japan. The mountain scenery is beautiful, it's very quiet, and the air is fresh. We had a lot of fun making a fire, cooking, and having a BBQ together. The house is well-maintained, clean, refreshing, and warm enough. The staff are all very friendly and always provide timely assistance. The hotel's paid shuttle service can take you to some nearby attractions, which is also very convenient."
