"Everything was okay, the apartment was comfortable. However, the room was connected to another, so I could hear people talking and other noises. There was no place to cook, which the owner didn't provide, even though the pictures showed one. The lift was incredibly frustrating; on the second day, it got stuck, and there was a sudden, loud jolt. Then, on check-out day, two out of the four lifts were broken, making us wait almost an hour to get down to the lobby and parking. Seriously, it was exhausting and hot 😣. Only two lifts were working. Aiyoooo, I hope the management can solve this issue. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we got free Netflix, which was a plus."

"A good pleasant Hotel,with friendly helpfull staff from Front Desk to Room service , to Kitchen staff. Room with balcony with Garden pool view with a balcony Fan.Room are comfortable with nice setting.. Fridge n Drinking water with coffe n tea a available in room Able to provide goid information as requested. Good swimming pool for Adults n Kids. Travel was attending a Prayer Function at GS Melaka 54th remembrance prayers .Distance to travel to GS about 10 minits by car.Grab available. Ample parking space . Nearby Hotel many shops for Breakfast if Breakfast not included in stay.including Stall n shops for lunch Tea , Dinner n Happy Hours"

"First of all, the cleaniess and breakfast and facilites are none to blame for. (My picture is a useless picture) However I think this hotel is a huge草台班子!!!😂 PLEASE consider my comments and advice: 1.The public toilet on 7th floor and other floors do nlt have English sign, which made me wrongly entered women's toilet, for god sake there was nobody, otherwise I ould have been a lawsuit with u guys!!! Pls, be really serious with this matter, not everyone can understand Malay or the ”man and women picture”, Cant u put English sign? It will be a really serious law issue if some men enter the women toilet! 7楼和其他楼层的公共厕所没有英文标识，仅仅马来文和图片，我进错了女厕所，幸好当时女厕所没有人，不然可能我就要和你们进行巨量拉扯法律诉讼了。请重视这一点，万一以后有男人进了女厕所发生法律纠纷呢?! 2. The cleaners are so ”robotic”,they make everything as same position as when I checked in. However, once after bath I was naked and didnt realize they opened the curtain again. You should thank god that nobody calls the police and ounish u in money!!! Pls be smarter and dont always open the curtain, move the sofa, move the hair dryer and tight it, and even change the airconsditioner temperature to original, etc. 清洁人员太机器人了，把房间一切恢复原样，但是我有一洗完澡次赤身裸体忘了窗帘又被拉开了。你的感谢上帝没有人报警不然你们就等着巨额罚单吧。请聪明一点，能不能不要每次都拉开窗帘，吹风机恢复原样还要捆好，甚至空调还要改成初始温度 3.The breakfast, dont have teh tarik for several days, though i believe its due to festival, but teh tarik didnt return on the first day after festival. And it is no need to translate Lasi Lemak and Teh Tarik into English. 早餐有好几天没有拉茶，尽管我相信是因为节日，但是节日后的第一天也没看到拉茶。并且椰浆饭和拉茶没有必要翻译成英语。 . ."

"the staff were helpful, and friendly. unfortunately, the hotel facilities not well-maintained. Once we checked in the room, we realised that there was no water supply for our rooms (we booked 2 rooms) at that level. the staff then explained there there were some repair/maintenance going on at the hotel hence the supply was off.. after a few attempts, muddy water came out. they promptly arrange for new rooms for us. as we booked the king size rooms (higher tier, though no highest), we were upgraded to their ”better” and more exp room at highest level.. we were delighted... initially.... when we opened the doors.. both rooms reeks of mouldy smell... we gotta open the window to air the room... the flooring also popping and peeling. The shower area also fell short of expectation. in general, super not well-maintained... and I won't ever stay here again until they refurbish /renovated the whole hotel. good things.. got nice view...very prime location.. next door is the mall.. the bed and bedsheets were very comfy. that's about it."

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The facilities were great and everything was well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The hotel tried its best, but it has definitely seen better days. We entered a room that was clean, and the beds were made perfectly. I had requested adjoining rooms on a high floor, and both requests were accommodated, which I appreciated. The fridge and phone in our room were not working, but it wasn’t a big deal—we simply used the adjoining room’s. However, I would have been quite annoyed if we hadn’t had the adjoining room to fall back on. At around S$60 per room during the school holiday weekend, it’s difficult to find another hotel in such a central location that also includes breakfast, so the value for money is hard to ignore. I would also like to commend the staff. The front desk team was welcoming, and the housekeeping team responded promptly to our requests throughout our two-day stay. The buffet breakfast was consistently topped up whenever items ran low, although the selection of pastries was limited. Overall, the staff were amazing—warm and friendly whenever we crossed paths, whether at the front desk, during housekeeping interactions, or at breakfast service. That said, there are areas that could use significant improvement. The bathrooms are overdue for renovation, with rusty corners and stubborn stains in several places. The towels have also seen better days—they were thin and had visible holes. I don't fault the staff for these issues, as they seem to be doing their best with a property that is quite run-down. I believe the hotel management needs to do a better job of updating and maintaining the facilities. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option with excellent service, though the hotel's physical condition could benefit from some much-needed upgrades."

"This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard."

"Very close to the sea, but the location is too remote with no supermarkets nearby. The vending machine selling water charged me 2 RM, which felt like a rip-off. The elevators and rooms were like a maze, very hard to find. The interior was clean enough, and considering the price, it was generally okay. There aren't many great hotels in Malacca, so if you're looking for a sea view, this one is quite good. The room view is fantastic, especially at dusk during the 'blue hour' – it's beautiful! Make sure to bring all your basic toiletries and essentials, as they provide almost nothing. 🙂"

"We had a wonderful stay with our family. The homestay was spacious, clean, and perfect for children. The host was friendly and helpful. Location is strategic, near Klebang and Taming Sari. The only thing is that this homestay doesn’t have a washing machine. However, there is a laundry nearby.😊 We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. 1. Check-in The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided. 2. Room Condition Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly. 3. Bathroom There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay. 4. Room Door & Bathroom Door The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened. We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day. I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotel’s side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control. The Most Disappointing Part During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed. If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return. I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you."
