"The furniture in the villa was obviously old, and the cupboards didn't open well. The location of the rooms is not convenient. If someone goes to the toilet, then you can only go from the nursery to the kitchen through the pool area.The lighting was quite dim, and there was no desk chair. The pool is clean, towels were changed every day and bottled water was provided. The breakfast is good. You could order a shuttle bus to the beach or the store for free. P.S. The bags that we left on the bedside table and planned to use for some reason, the cleaners made garbage bags. I believe that cleaners have the right to throw out only what is inside the trash can."

"I recently stayed at Skype Beach Hotel in Koh Samui from 13-16 November 2025 with three of my girlfriends, and I could not be more impressed with the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Lee, the manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday celebration for two of my friends in our villa. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the event was a huge success, thanks to Lee and his team. Their thoughtful touches and seamless execution made the experience unforgettable. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Nitty and Ross were particularly outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our every need was met. Their hospitality truly set this property apart and made us feel like VIPs. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating more than four people. We especially loved the theatre room, which had two beds and could comfortably accommodate an additional four guests—perfect for relaxing together as a group. As for the food, we were delighted with the breakfast options offered each morning. The Thai Rice Soup and American Breakfast Set were just a few of the delicious choices that started our days off perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend Skype Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui. "I’m staying for three days, and I’m a bit torn about it. Let’s start with the cons: 1. The room is small and a bit dated, and it could really use a makeover inside. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom is clogged, so if you shower and water splashes into the toilet, it won’t drain because it’s stuck there. 3. The walkway can be a bit bumpy if you’re staying near the beach, so it might not be the best option for seniors or people with mobility issues. 4. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, so you’ll need to rent a car. Now, the pros: 1. The service is amazing, and the staff are super friendly! 2. They have their own bar and restaurant at a reasonable price. Plus, they offer motorcycle rentals, kayaking, snorkeling gear, and laundry services. 3. It’s absolutely beautiful! The views are incredible! This is their own private beach, and almost every corner is perfect for Instagram."

"Loved my stay here, probably one of my favourite hotels in Thailand so far. The hotel is so beautiful, and surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the beach and main ***** in Lamai. The on-site services were convenient and affordable. I didn't eat in the restaurant but there are so many restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff were super friendly and approachable. The pools are lovely, and the on-site gym has a good selection of equipment (for a hotel gym)."

You have to shower in the bathtub and everything gets wet The hotel seems to be short-staffed, which affects the overall service quality. "Very good location near Chaweng beach. There is a large shopping center Samui Festival and many cafes nearby. The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the roof there is a small swimming pool overlooking the mountains. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is coffee with toast and watermelon, don't count on more. I recommend the hotel, we were satisfied."
