It’s a nice hotel with nice rooms. All facilities are very good and do your stay better. Unfortunately the clean service is very bad. I asked to wash floors in my room and also on balcony, when I returned i checked: balcony was clean thank you, but the room wasn’t at all - the same stains and hairs and dust under the bed 😓 Twice during my 2 nights stay there were firs alarm in the morning at 6:00 for 30 minutes irritation noice which woke me up and didn’t make me concentrated, unfortunately the hotel didn’t do any complimentary after such case, thanks for sorry by the way, but it is not enough. Still the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Do not understand why clients couldn’t park their moto in front of the hotel 🤔 Pool on the roof top is micro small just for pigeons 😅 who like to wash there 🥲

This place is such a great find!!! Located close to the beach but also only mini walk from town, room all renovated and huge, both pools are so pretty! Highly recommend!!!

Very good location near Chaweng beach. There is a large shopping center Samui Festival and many cafes nearby.
The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the roof there is a small swimming pool overlooking the mountains. The rooms are cleaned every day.
Breakfast is coffee with toast and watermelon, don't count on more. I recommend the hotel, we were satisfied.

1 I really like this place that the rooms feel like living in a condo. is proportional Clearly separated bathroom and toilet. There is a separate sink for washing dishes outside, a microwave, a large wardrobe, a full-body mirror, a hair dryer, a bathrobe, and an umbrella. If anyone comes to stay here, it's convenient and the facilities are complete.
2 Cleanliness is quite good. What I like here is the smell. He would light incense like aromatic scent along the walkway. There is a spot in the room. Every time I stay, it's like walking into an aromatherapy massage shop. It smells fresh and feels very open.
