Overall satisfied.rooms are very neat and clean.lake view awesome.staffs are really cooperative.evening cofee day section is really fantastic.restaurents is feeling good.multicusine is available.only things menus are little bit overpriced.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We came to allepy for holiday trip. But we liked the stay so much that we spent most the time here only. The room was sea facing. It had swimming pool just adjacent to sea. The had a small back water inside campus where you can do boating. They had the playing facility also like foose ball, badminton, basketball and spa too. It's a must stay resort in alleepy.

U guys took our heart. In case of service and ambience. Hats off to your team 🫡. Especially when we talk about the food,we could taste love and respect towards the guest.they served us without any hesitation despite of treating us as a-normal guest. Had the pleasure of staying at Lake Canopy, Alappuzha. The logo says, Nature reflected. When you are there... the reflection is much more than just nature…. the smile with which you are serviced – you will not pass by any staff who does not stop to give you a smile and wish you well. The care taken by the room service people in calling us back to check how spicy our food should be as we were staying with kids overshined the lip-smacking food they serve. That they have top notch facilities is something we knew from scrolling through the website but the hu*** touch in their service, the care, the warmth and the homeliness is something that we have never experienced anywhere before. All of us, especially the kids enjoyed the pool inside the room which prompted by son to say.. all our vacations going forward should be at Lake Canopy. A dream of a vacation.. we surely will come back for more pampering..
