Stain bed sheet is used. Water pressure is low. No mineral water is provided in the room. Location has no walking distance eating outlets. No flexibility for late check out. Not a friendly hotel to stay.

The bed was unsatisfactory and damaged. There was no soap in the bathroom. The room's cleanliness was disappointing, and it smelled of cigarette smoke.

This time got Bad experienced while stay there in Kuantan. The Bed and Pillow sheet got "BUG's" which is Blood sucker and caused itchy and red-warm skin. This Hotel need to do a Spring-Cleaning and keep the hygiene as a priority.

U get what u pay. Affordable, but just average guest house. Looks like they didnt change the bedsheet/pillow sheet (doesnt smell fresh). Also quite noisy at midnight, got guest/guard playing songs on high vol - lack common sense. Otherwise is okay

as many comments mentioned, sure you can tolerate the yellowed stained smelly pillow and sheet-cover before booking! said deluxe room window is either towards corridor/parking place!!

I will never stay in this hotel anymore! We booked 4 rooms all have problem with house keeping never change bedsheet and clean up some rooms ,the pillow was extremely old with stain and smelly! 1 of the room was flooded and reception told us all rooms fully booked for that night. Most terrible hotel stay experience ever! I highly NOT recommended this hotel to anyone.

The check in process was smooth. Room condition is quite bad. Smells bad as there is no proper ventilation. Bed sheets not quite clean either. Toilet is dirty.
