Great to stayed, clean and quite convinent, 47th floor have nice view to too. Infront of the sclarletz have banyan cafe ,food not bad ,prince abit high only but environment good.

Unexpected.. more comfortable. Convenient place.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating and unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. The lift system was beyond inconvenient. To reach the ground floor, we had to first go all the way up to the 48th floor — which is completely unreasonable. The entire environment was overcrowded, and both the guest and parking lifts were extremely slow. It got to the point where we had no choice but to take the stairs just to get down — not something I’d expect from a hotel of this level. To make things worse, during checkout, we accidentally forgot to pay the parking fee. When we returned to settle it, the staff’s response was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, saying, “Wherever you go, you have to pay the parking fee.” I never said I wouldn’t pay — I simply overlooked it and came back to resolve it. There was no need for such a tone or attitude. Overall, the experience was far worse than expected. I truly hope your management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both your facilities and your customer service.

A central location with easy access to public transportation and major landmarks.

Best location for convenient travel. Four elevators and swimming pool is good, and the environment is delicate and clean.But its price is a bit high

Very satisfied during our stayed. The host respond very quick and the upgraded my room for free as i came with my 2 child. Room very clean and spacious with nice view. Definitely will come again.

Good place for long stay with families

The room was clean when we checked in, but there was a stench of smell in the room which felt like the smell of cigarette smoke. The property facilities are great and well equipped, with a gym and swimming pool facing the city centre and at a high floor in the building. The property also offered luggage storage for a daily fee, and coordinating with the property management via WhatsApp made it convenient for us before and during the stay.
