The location is very good, within walking distance to Sentul Barat MRT station. The room lacks cleanliness; it is dirty, smelly, and has very bad facilities. The blanket looks like it was never washed before, especially the toilet is very dirty.

No housekeeping for days. Literally lack of hotel management knowledge. Dirty and lousy customer service.

No bar fridge and hair blower in the room. Should do more power point. Whole room only got 1 power point.table have water kettle but no power point...
