The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of KL. It’s walking distance to local shops, Indian restaurants, and the LRT station, making it convenient for both tourists and business travelers.

Room is really really small, only suitable for solo traveller with small baggage. Good hot water for shower. Okay for staying overnite. Very good location for taking airport coach to KLIA2. Plenty of Indian & Chinese restaurants nearby, some open 24 hours.

Staffs are not friendly. Aircon , Heater and Shower head are not functioning well. No hair dryer.

Excellent for night stay. Close to so many many choices of local food plus shopping mall KL Sentral.

Location is good stuff also is nice , this hotel just renovation , look better than last time clean room . short stay is ok  won’t be coming back this again

I had a pleasant stayed in Alaxis Hotel. Will stay again on my next trip to KL.

A few areas for improvement: there were no dedicated hair-drying towels, and no chair in the room.

The hotel is in good place. This is a budget friendly hotel. Small rooms. We were family of 3. Wouldn't suggest for a family of more than 2. For 2 people this is perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

Love this hotel, the room is nice for a solo travel, the bed is soft, and there was bottle water & toothbrush given. For the price it is ok, RM100+- just nice. At some point the price is at 70-90. The were shampoo and body wash. The Aircond take sometime to cool (15 minutes). That’s all. PLUS The TV have YouTube. Tq 🗣✨

I booked here for a night only as I was catching a train early the next morning. I checked in quite late, almost around midnight however the receptionist was readily available. For a hotel that I thought would only offer whatever is the most basic amenities, I was amazed to find out that it has smart tv installed. The location is also perfect, only about 5 minutes walk away to KL Sentral. If I am to stay in this area again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

Hostel is near KL sentral it’s nice location to use metro the room is clean the rest room smaller ,it’s have refrigerator it’s great

The electricity of the room will cut off and restart after some times, the floor is kind of oily, couldnt get a good rest at night
