Hotel sangat baik dan rasa macam premium. Good price and very recommende

Bad stay.. our bathroom no light as they say have sesco issue, me and wife have to use our phone flash to do our business. No tv, only the bracket. Not happy i gave it 3/5 only because they let me and wife park our big bike infront of the hotel. If not i will gave it 2/5 .

I chose a room with a window...the room itself was okay. There were two bottles of water, but no tea or coffee. There were two bottles of shower cream in the bathroom. We booked for two nights. However, there were very few restaurant options outside the hotel.

The hotel is 7/10, old, but usable and cheap, so it great for budget-friendly travellers. Design is great, the paintings is nice -8/10 Amenities lacking, bring your own shampoo, toothpaste, brushes. Services was good, counter was polite, friendly and kind, very professional Overall, it is recommended for people who are meticulous and a planner who plan for everything to the bottom as it requires you to bring additional stuff to compensate for lack of amenities in the facility Take note of rm 50 deposit to be paid when check in and would be returned after check out. Front door closes at 11 but can use the back door to go into hotel at midnight Would come again if need be in the future for quick check ins with my families and friends in Kuching

i really enjoy stayed here and it is very near to the desired location regarding my business. The hotel very clean, the reception is very polite and helpful. Ive checked out early and the receptionist attend me very early and overall stayed here is very smooth. The price is good and will come back agin next time.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff provided great service and made my stay more enjoyable.

Cleanliness is bad, AC have pungent smell. I Mold in the toilet. Room wall was not upkeep. Spider web on the ceiling.

Nice hotel for family. Room is wide enough. Not kuch of a complaint everything is well

Aircon not functioning, no cold air at all. And there’s no staff working after 11pm, no one to assist.

Made love. Sorry, no photos. Because we were so tired after exploring all day, hahaha. The TV was probably the only issue, but we were fine with it since we don't watch much TV anyway, hahaha.

Hairdryer is provided in the room but is faulty and cannot be replaced. Bathroom door lock is not functioning and cannot be locked properly.

Main lobby was okay for low budget hotels. Location is convenient for local foods. Service at the lobby was okay, did tell us about the main door and back door assistance. The room quality was really bad, not worth the cost, the furniture was very poor and old, not able to use. Toilet structure was normal. The room lights was too dark and dim, and some died sometime. The AC was okay, able to adjust the temperature. The bed was really bad, I’ve got bitten over 20 bed bugs on my body ( back, hands, legs, fingers, and face). They only change the bedroom and doesn’t help much. I do wish the room furniture can change asap to let other guests or customers use it better in the future

It not bad dan good. But its okey and easy to book. Good for who last minite
