Hotels Near Baohai Park in Kunming

Chose to stay in this hotel as it was just a 10 minute walk from the railway station, excellent for any travellers arriving in Kunming by the high speed rail. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It even comes with free DIY laundry although we did not use it.

Booked the hotel very last minute but still good price to pay for a huge room. They just opened in May 2024 so all facilities are new n good. Very very friendly staff at counter who helped me order food as I dun have a local number to place order. Missed the free afternoon tea by 20mins when checked in . They have a cute robot which send food up. Will want to come back if I still want to return to Kunming again after the disappointing experience with booked driver of our own

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

I and my 15 yo son had stayed in Jinjiang Hotel in the beginning of my trip in Yunnan and the end of my trip. It was my first time visiting China. We don't speak Mandarin Location: very close to Kunming Railway Station, around 10 minutes walk carrying luggage. Close to everywhere, around 2 km or 15-17 RMB by taxi to Shuncheng Shopping Centre, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Shuncheng Mosque, halal restaurant (only 5 minutes walk from restaurant), nearby shopping centre and department store. Service: excellent services, they went above and beyond especially Manager Ms Mei. She helped me so much to organise tour. All staff were helpful assisting me to get a taxi, show me the halal restaurant on the back of the hotel, show me the way to station. The hotel also provide welcome fruit and soup upon check in. Cleanliness; very clean Value for money: 4 star hotel yet very affordable with excellent 5 star hotel services. I would love to stay again in the future if I visit Yunnan.

We had 4 pax and the Hollywood room had a US King size bed and sofa bed to sleep comfortably. Room is spacious as well. Hotel staff was friendly. Laundry room available for free. Huge mall opposite the hotel which host a wide variety of restaurants. Will stay again if in Kunming.

A sizeable triple room! There were even two sinks. We needed to do laundry and the front desk lady very kindly took our clothes to wash. However they do not have a dryer, so you'll need to factor in time for clothes to airdry. Hotel is on 31st floor (highest floor) of a building with other hotels on other floors. Which means we had a really good view of the city. Was a pleasant stay and would come back to stay if I'm in the city!

I came to Kunming for a trip by myself. After consulting many hotels, I booked this newly opened hotel. I stayed there for two days and the experience was great! Facilities: The hotel has a complete range of facilities. The most surprising thing is that there is a direct drinking water machine in the room, which is super convenient. The toilet is also smart and very comfortable to use. Hygiene: The room is cleaned spotlessly by the aunt every day, so there is no need to worry about hygiene issues. Environment: The hotel is a three-minute walk from the subway station, which is very convenient for travel. It only takes about ten minutes to get to Kunming Railway Station. If you need to catch a train the next day, you can definitely consider this hotel. Service: The service staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very comfortable. I will consider choosing this hotel next time I come to Kunming! No loss in investment! !

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service from the very first day. Every morning, we communicated our breakfast preferences to the concierge staff. During our nearly 6-night stay, we had the opportunity to try most items on their breakfast menu. The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring Kunming, with NanQiang streets, popular malls, cafes, and a canal for morning jogs, all within walking distance. We especially appreciate the team manager (a lady) who kindly offered a lunch option when we would miss our final breakfast due to our early departure. On our last morning, one of the intern - Ms. Long thoughtfully prepared a light breakfast for us to take to the airport. These thoughtful gestures really touched us. Each day, returning to the hotel felt like coming home after a day of exploring. This hotel truly deserves a full 5-star rating.
