一開始入住的是套房臨街有點吵，就和前台申請了換了大床房，房間還是挺大挺舒適的。

我曾經是某四星酒店的客房經理，對於商務房，無筆，無信紙，管理太失敗了，首先找不到服務員，找到了服務員態度太差，借支筆寫都還發脾氣，要點紙更是不耐煩，從工作車上表格上撕了一小個角落給我，太無語了。從使至中，不會像我們以前培訓員工一樣説一聲先生早上好！有什麼需要幫助嗎？請稍等，我一會給你送到房間，…其次訂的房問取消不了，早上入住，中午走人算了，房間太吵正對保利六合及電視台人民西路，刷刷的車流，想換個背後靠小區的絕對怕不可能，前兩天住樓下金舔印象14層還挺安靜的，前台幫安排靠小區的房間，而且前台服務員也比較有耐心，作為一個曾經的酒店管理者我為這樣的員工點贊。

挺好的 性價比很高 160左右的雙人房很寬 有電視空調洗衣機冰箱 而且比同價格段位的酒店要大不少 推薦入住
