1.酒店設計有問題，超級多樓梯，非常不便。今次和老人家去，要扶出扶入😫⋯⋯
2. 很多地方没有电梯，必须行楼梯，包括房間 （不可接受），行李自己搬😓
3. 房間很焗，空氣極不流通
4. 設施非常不到位，沒有足夠燈光，洗手間爛 （看圖）。

平心而論酒店的食物不錯，晚餐味道很好，雖然不是太飽，但是賣相精緻吃下去也蠻不錯。lobby lounge 可以自由歡唱喝酒，這也是不錯看，雖然酒精跟果汁放在同一個位置，若果小朋友來喝就有點難免奇怪。 但是！ ！ ！ ！ 以下幾點就非常奇怪 1. 我從來沒有試過一間酒店的房間是從外部透光進裏面，這是什麼樣的鬼設計？對於本來需要睡覺黑一點的住客，這是非常糟糕的設計，怎麼可能能讓房間以外的光線射進房間內，還有這個不是窗戶，而是走廊的光射進來房間，what the hell? 2. 酒店和溫泉街的距離極遠，若果推着行李，那幾條斜路真的會拿了你的命？為什麼作為溫泉酒店都沒有提供免費穿梭巴士，就像其他的一樣？ 3. 溫泉極細，我家的浴缸比他還要大，大概容納四到五人已經很擠擁。
