At the petit manoir du ******, in general the room was fine but we were not advised that they only clean or refresh the rooms after 3 nights! Very few english tv channels, no guide on the remotes. Also the balcony was nice but people above were dragging the table and chairs around making a lot of grinding unpleasant noise. The restaurant staff was nice. I would not return. Not their doing but at lot of the fog from the river made it very cool to sit outside. In this record breaking heatwave in Quebec, it was only 18 degrees.

The reception could not find my reservation made directly with the hotel, to start. Then I could see from the confusion that they were about to give me an inferior room. I had to point out what I had reserved and I could see that when the manager came she did not greet me, did not even look at me, in fact seemed annoyed! Terrible reception! Two people + manager and not one of them was polite to me! Was it ageism? Racism? I’m Anglo from Ontario…but I speak French? They gave us the worst room! Also, they gave me no information…where is breakfast? What time is breakfast? Any other amenities? List of cable channels? On entering the room, only one chair on the balcony, so I called reception and was told I could get one there! When I called back the manager answered…then hung up on me! This is not the kind of treatment expected fro. The price we paid for the room. Horrid service

Nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur les travaux de la route et il y a beaucoup de poussière. Pour le restaurant le déjeuner n’était vraiment pas terrible, œufs trop cuit et café = eau de vaisselle. Pour le spa c’est la seule chose qui était bien. Je déconseille et nous n’y retournerons pas.

Tres belle hotel, propres et au gout du jour. Beau resto et tres bien mangé j y retournerai avec plaisirs. Personnels professionnels. Decu du train de charlevoix tres chaud et fenêtres non ouvrable prenez votre auto.

Super accueil et chambre très propre et le restaurant les délices de. Cet hôtel est vraiment un 5 étoiles beaucoup de personnel et nous comme nous fetions notre 50 ieme anniversaire de mariage. Avons eu tout un bel accueil
