Excellent stay! Room was impecable. Very friendly and respectful staff. My wife had the Spa experience and was very plleased with the service. A must needed escape that we’ll forever remember. We’ll be back soon!

Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go.

Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms in another section section of the resort have them. Even after a partial adjustment through *******, the value was not there. The main pool shows visible wear, and overall upkeep does not reflect a luxury rate. Concierge service lacked initiative. When restaurants were full, we had to prompt alternatives. There was also confusion about what our stay included, despite the high rate, it covered no meals or experiences, only the room and a golf cart. Dining was good overall. Breakfast at Lago stood out thanks to Jael, who delivered the only truly five-star service we experienced. The property and golf course are beautiful, but service precision, clarity, and overall value fall short of true luxury standards.

Staff is already ready with a “yes”. Food choices are all wonderful. Having the golf cart lets you fully explore the property. Kids club includes activities and they are very nice. Beach and set up is amazing - sunset and coral blue water. Only thing I would improve is the main pool not being heated at the main lobby area.

Everything about casa de campo was amazing . Staff was the best and paid attention to every detail. The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever played and been on. Food was top tier. If you go SBG is an absolute must to eat dinner and watch the sunset. I highly recommend buying the all inclusive package because if you don’t , you will most definitely spend a lot more than you would plan on. Bring plenty of cash to tip.
