"Location close to everything. No free parking. Limited options on the food menu but the service and the cocktails are amazing. Daily Housekeeping.. On some sites it says 24 hour room service, not correct, food is only served from 5pm to 8pm on site Breakfast buffet or room service, not open for lunch."

"Situated at a beautiful central location with easy access to many of the city's historic buildings, restaurants, and information centre. Room and bedding were comfortable. Very prompt and courteous customer service Potential safety hazard for kids with very hot water supply in the showers. Continental buffet breakfast was good, and the kitchen as well as staff kept pace with the service. Has secure paid parking onsite."

"it was good that I stay here again after i back from the cradle moutain"

"Fantastic location, close to everything. The rooms are roomy, we had a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed. The staff were okay but not especially helpful or enthusiastic when it came to recommendations. The town is very quiet, with little weekend activity and hardly any tourists, making it feel like it’s asleep"

"The motel room was well set up, with the bedding. Very good location. Very nice host - Matt was very helpful"

"We enjoyed our two-night stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating, offering us a ground floor room without even needing to be asked. This was especially helpful given my husband's mobility limitations. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was perfectly fine for us. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our room, which made for a truly memorable experience."

"Service was great and very friendly. The room was tidy and the location of the hotel was very close to the CBD."

"We loved our beautiful and very comfortable room in this characterful property. Very clear instructions provided for easy self check in. Continental breakfast including delicious fresh fruit salad and riendly service."

"Good hotel, rooms nice, good location to shops, cafes, restaurants, City Park & museum. Staff friendly & helpful."

"The hotel is very clean, but it is not close to the high-speed bus station. The seaside port center is not recommended if it is public transportation. Because Launceston Podo and don't have a room on the first floor, it is a semi-underground. It is an upgraded deluxe room, but half of the intersection. Underground. Recommended to take a taxi to Grand Canyon Park. Summer is very beautiful."
