I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

GGuest UserThis is the first hotel I stayed in after arriving in Sarajevo. Overall, it has no faults. The advantage is that there are two rooms, so a family of three can travel without disturbing each other. The breakfast options are also diverse.

MMs. TRAVELLERLocation excellent Rooms big & perfect Big windows with excellent view The rooms are covered with carpet Bedsheets clean Towels I didn’t use none so can’t say anything Daily clean is done Everything is around you The best part is you have a big mall next to you & also a tram that takes you direct to the old town. Swimming pool & spa amazing My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

Although the bathroom is a bit small, the kitchen is a highlight, where you can cook simple meals or heat up food. The hotel is located on a commercial street, making it convenient for daily life and not far from attractions.

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!
