Jjoyce66666All the staff I met at the hotel were polite, friendly and willing to assist guests. The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is rich and the ingredients are of good quality. The bed is very comfortable. It is indeed a very suitable hotel to live in when traveling to Brasilia.

JJoão FelipeI chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.

AAlfiusThe reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

GGuest UserOnly 2 things disappointed me during my stay, room 315, the shower, the water had little pressure causing the shower to drip in some places and in others the shower to be very thin and weak, and the bed we booked was a queen-size, but the room had a double bed, our nights were not well slept.

LlarafmThe hotel is great, with excellent location, staff service and the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The shower was the best part, such a great shower with strong water force. The only issues encountered were that the bedsheets dont have elastic, so they get out while sleeping, and the toilet was leaking water. Besides that, definetly great hotel.

HHANYONGThere is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.

GGuest UserInternet and television didn't work properly, the technician only came to the room the next day at 7 am. Leaking bathroom stall, bathroom sockets not working. Charging for breakfast, which had already been agreed upon when purchasing the reservation.
