"What a great hotel! Super convenient location within walking distance from Union Station or across the street from the Billy Bishop Airport Shuttle stop. The hotel is very comfortably modern and has a lovely cafe The Humble Donkey. We had amazing Eggs Benny for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and “forewarned “ us our room would be small (one queen bed). It was small but how much space do we really need. The bed was very comfy. Everything is new. The bathroom, also small, but had everything you need … shower had amazing rain head! I cannot say anything bad cause there just isn’t. We’ll be back!"

"Had an excellent one night stay at this hotel - family of 4. Location was a short walk from Union Station & therefore very handy if using the UP express shuttle from the airport into Toronto centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We only had 3 towels in the room, despite 4 guests, but we spoke to reception and an extra towel was immediately provided. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant - the choice of both hot and cold food was impressive, including french toast with strawberries rotated with waffles and pancakes plus sausages and bacon, eggs, etc. Lots of choice of fruit - fruit medley pots, ones with greek yoghurt, fruit smoothies, etc. A great selection of pastries too. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Victoria as we had tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and was perfect! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay. Everyone was their at the hotel was very friendly and it was a very easy check in and check out. The hotel was an 8 minute walk to Scotia Bank Arena with lots of things to do, see, and eat in the area. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to eat at the cute little restaurant on the main lobby, but I know we will definitely rebook here again and hopefully try it out! Overall awesome experience!!"

"The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own."

"Overall was an excellent stay in an extremely convenient location."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and everything met our expectations. The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was a great experience, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommend"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything the hotel offers is truly there beautiful facilities, a wonderful pool, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Beyond the hotel itself, the atmosphere and the people made the experience even more special. It was one of the best Christmas stays I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning."

"Good for a quick stay. Way over priced tho!"

"Amazing location! My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were able to get a lot of things in Downtown done as the hotel is super close to Union Station. Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc."
