Not the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

SSarah H.This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️
The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand.
The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely!
The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls!
The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel.
I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.)
Thanks again for making me feel special on my birthday 🫰🏻
EetcliujThe best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking.
GGuest UserI had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance
Ppet.shop.boyWe stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold.
We were in walking distance to a ******, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!
GGuest UserThe location was great — just a short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill, which was super convenient. The hotel does feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance; for example, the top of the closet was a bit dusty. The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler — it might feel a little tight for two people. That said, it was overall clean, and the guest services team was very friendly and helpful
GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.
GGuest UserWe booked a room with a view of the falls, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of our stay.
However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated, and the hotel provided disposable plastic cups instead of proper glassware. The pillows seemed moldy, which was concerning, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. Even the showerhead was so worn out that it took away from what should have been a pleasant experience.
The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall facilities and upkeep didn’t match that level of service.
I’m not sure if it was due to the room conditions or just excitement from the falls, but I found myself waking up every two hours and didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all.
Overall, the view was incredible, but the comfort and quality of the room need significant improvement.
GGuest UserHotel location: good and quiet , close to the ****** and entertainment . The accommodation fee is very affordable, Staff is helpful and polite. i will stay at this hotel if I visited Niagara Falls again.
DDanna AppleThe hotel is okay for a short stay, but we were a bit disappointed with some basics. There were no slippers or toiletries provided, and the heater wasn’t working, which made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The place is decent and the staff were polite, but it really needs better maintenance and amenities to match a 3-star rating.
