Great
GGuest UserStayed one night. Everything was clean and excellent - beds, pillows, shower, bathroom amenities , 24 hours coffee, free breakfast, free parking, pool, hot tub, close to airport and restaurants, late check out. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend.
GGuest UserWonderful home environment in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy to access. Breakfast lovely.
Nice break after busy city daytime activities. Fabulous hosts! Looking forward to returning
in warm weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.
GGuest UserIt was okay. The fridges are too small and there are some damages to the fridge cabinet when we arrived. They also had no microwave in the room.
LLemieuxHotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time. The control knob for the shower was missing...this should have been caught by cleaning staff. Front desk was quick to respond and got another room for me. But, no one likes to change rooms after settling in.
NNshonaI just love staying at their hotel the atmosphere and the ambiance is amazing always like to check is their hotel is available to stay one of my favourite hotels to stay.
AAnonymous UserThe Howard Johnson looks nice after the new renovation. It felt cozy. The staff at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful. If you’re visiting Brampton or any other city close by this is the hotel to stay at.
GGuest UserI was scheduled for a 3 night stay in Brampton. The first morning I got to hotel to see if check in early and drop off bags. Unbelievably, the room was clean and unoccupied.
The manager says that their early check in fee is $95! Since, I am sure, no one ever pays that, so it is not like it is a revenue stream for hotel chain. All it succeeds in is pissing off customers. What skin is it off their teeth if room is empty and I just wanted to drop off bags?
Continental Breakfast was a disaster with no coffee cups or spoons and stale food.
