"What a great hotel! Super convenient location within walking distance from Union Station or across the street from the Billy Bishop Airport Shuttle stop. The hotel is very comfortably modern and has a lovely cafe The Humble Donkey. We had amazing Eggs Benny for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and “forewarned “ us our room would be small (one queen bed). It was small but how much space do we really need. The bed was very comfy. Everything is new. The bathroom, also small, but had everything you need … shower had amazing rain head! I cannot say anything bad cause there just isn’t. We’ll be back!"

"We had an amazing experience at the Hilton, Toronto. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around. The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful! We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning. Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well. We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)"

"Had an excellent one night stay at this hotel - family of 4. Location was a short walk from Union Station & therefore very handy if using the UP express shuttle from the airport into Toronto centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We only had 3 towels in the room, despite 4 guests, but we spoke to reception and an extra towel was immediately provided. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant - the choice of both hot and cold food was impressive, including french toast with strawberries rotated with waffles and pancakes plus sausages and bacon, eggs, etc. Lots of choice of fruit - fruit medley pots, ones with greek yoghurt, fruit smoothies, etc. A great selection of pastries too. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs."

"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Victoria as we had tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and was perfect! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay. Everyone was their at the hotel was very friendly and it was a very easy check in and check out. The hotel was an 8 minute walk to Scotia Bank Arena with lots of things to do, see, and eat in the area. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to eat at the cute little restaurant on the main lobby, but I know we will definitely rebook here again and hopefully try it out! Overall awesome experience!!"

"We had such a lovely weekend at Double Tree Hilton on Chestnut Street in Toronto. Lovely, lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful, our bed so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Toronto. I'm also very interested in checking out other Hilton Hotels at other locations. I hear there's Hilton in Hawaii??"

"We loved our hotel. Went for our anniversary and are so happy we did. Has a cool vintage Hollywood vibe, combined with a super modern vibe too with some cool remote control stuff in the rooms. Would definitely go back!"

The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything the hotel offers is truly there beautiful facilities, a wonderful pool, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Beyond the hotel itself, the atmosphere and the people made the experience even more special. It was one of the best Christmas stays I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning."
