You can ask the hotel for a transportation card, and you can take the bus for free, which is very close to various places. It is not new, but it is generally clean and tidy. The bathroom is very clean, and the toiletries are Clarins. The room facilities are really simple, just a coffee machine and cups, and the refrigerator is still not turned on and is empty. The chocolate and candy sent by the hotel are not bad. The girl and boy at the front desk are very indifferent and their faces are more smelly than yelling

Great
TTravelshortsI stayed at Hotel Suisse Geneva during my time in Geneva, and the standout feature of this hotel is its location. It is literally right across the road from the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by rail, heading to the airport, or planning day trips.
Being so close to the station also means excellent public transport connections, but what I found even more useful is that most of Geneva’s main sights are within easy walking distance. You can comfortably reach the lake, the Old Town, shops, and restaurants without needing to rely on transport, which makes exploring the city simple and efficient.
The hotel itself is comfortable and practical, with clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s well maintained and does the job perfectly if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Geneva.
Because of its central location, it’s a great choice for both short stays and stopovers. It also works particularly well if you have an early train or a tight schedule, as you don’t need to factor in extra travel time to get to the station.
I would highly recommend Hotel Suisse Geneva for anyone prioritising convenience and location. If you want to be right in the centre of everything with excellent transport links, it’s a very practical and reliable choice.
EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.
GGuest UserI booked this as an 'airport hotel,' but you actually still need to take a shuttle bus. You have to wait for it outside the airport, where the taxis park. Geneva Airport's management isn't very convenient; there were no staff to ask, and I couldn't find any hotel parking signs. It took me ages to find the bus stop. All the shuttle buses for the various airport hotels seem to stop randomly, so you really have to search, especially if it's your first time staying at this hotel, as the bus names aren't always easy to recognize. I missed the first bus because it was too crowded, and the second one was also full – I almost missed it too! They run about every 20 minutes. Luckily, Trip.com's service was excellent and helped me with the address.
PPhimnaphaI love this room. Great location. The rooms comes with separated kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. The receptionist are very friendly. The room is newly renovated with modern style. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils and coffee machine. You need to buy your own coffee beans tho. Will definitely choose Adagio Aparthotel for my next trip.
GGuest UserHotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant.
Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive.
Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.
GGuest UserI liked the location of the hotel! There are public transport stops nearby! Lots of cafes and restaurants! The room is clean! The room is spacious! There is a mini-kitchen, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine!
CChuanma613The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!
GGuest UserThe room boasts a fantastic view. Getting here is incredibly convenient – it's just a few train stops from Geneva, and the hotel is right by the train station. Compared to staying in Geneva city center, this place offers excellent value for money. Plus, the room itself was very clean and well-maintained.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Green Marmot Hotel. The location is excellent, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and bakeries, so everything you need is nearby. The hotel itself is very clean throughout. Although the room is small, just as described, it suited me perfectly.
One downside is that sound travels easily, so you can hear even minor noise from neighbouring rooms, earplugs are definitely helpful. The motion-sensor lights in the corridor were also a bit disruptive, as I’m easily woken by light, so an eye mask is recommended. Additionally, some guests arrive late, so it can get a little noisy.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
