I especially loved the view from the room. As soon as I entered, I could see Wuhan Railway Station across the street – a truly delightful and expansive view! 🤩 I was staying alone this time, catching my high-speed train the next day. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the West Square of Wuhan Railway Station to the hotel, so I didn't feel rushed at all. 😗 Besides that, I particularly loved the Lelabo toiletries in the bathroom; they smelled wonderful and helped wash away the fatigue of my journey. What deserves the most praise is the hotel's laundry service. You can either go to the laundry room yourself or ask the front desk to send your clothes in. I simply put my clothes in a laundry bag with a note and hung it on my room door. After the clothes were washed, the staff would hang them back on my door. I really want to thank the hotel staff for this; thank you so much! 💦

I booked this hotel for a high-speed rail transfer. First off, the location is excellent. It's only a few hundred meters from the East Square exit, and there are hotel signs along the way, making it super easy to find. Secondly, it was very quiet at night. I expected it to be noisy with announcements and train sounds since it's near the high-speed rail station, but it was surprisingly peaceful here. Overall, I highly recommend it; it's a very comfortable stay for a transfer.

The bed and bathroom were clean. However there were actual piles of dirt on the floor under the sink area. Please start cleaning that, it seems like the room has never been vacuumed properly.

IIxiaoxiao、The room was very clean, and the front desk staff and housekeepers were all very friendly and would greet me proactively. The 24-hour free laundry service was incredibly convenient. I stayed for two nights, and even when I called the front desk late at night to ask for clothes to be washed, the service was excellent. They picked them up, washed them, and returned them within a few hours – so convenient! The breakfast was also exceptionally rich, with a wide variety of fresh options. What's more, I could sit by the window and enjoy breakfast with a view of the river, which instantly washed away all the day's fatigue and bad mood. The hotel's location is also great; there are many snacks nearby, making it easy to buy anything, and it's convenient to get around. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I have the chance!

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserI traveled some time ago and had a great experience staying there. I must share it! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its grand and elegant appearance. As you step into the lobby, you will find it spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and pleasant fragrance, which will instantly dispel your travel fatigue. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, checked us in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities attentively. The room was even more stunning. The space layout is reasonable and the lighting is excellent. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds. The sleep quality is excellent. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and full of details.
The service was first class. Whether it's helping to call a taxi or recommending local attractions, the staff are always responsive and warm and thoughtful. One time I accidentally left something behind, and the staff contacted me immediately after discovering it and kept it properly until I retrieved it. It was so heartwarming. The environment, facilities and services were impeccable in every aspect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

Lot of common space , a living area, reading room, resting room. Lot of snacks to buy, water dispenser everything. Very close to the main area that turns into a food street at night after 10. Luckin coffee and many other eateries nearby. Affordable place. 5 mins walking to Pengialing metro station and park.

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

GGuest UserThe room decor is quite new, but the mattress was just okay. The location is excellent, which is why I stayed for two nights, extended for another, and booked two more rooms. However, due to a change in plans, when I tried to cancel one room the day before check-in, I faced a lot of resistance and excuses. Ctrip wasn't helpful and didn't handle it well. I even had to go back to the hotel to argue before they processed the refund, which was extremely disappointing! Plus, I found cigarette ash on both the first and twelfth floors.
Hygiene: Follow-up was not timely.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in check-in. Upon learning that it was our first stay, they responded quickly to any requests we might have. The location is excellent, situated on Jianghan Road, with convenient access to dining, entertainment, and other amenities. This was a near-perfect stay.
