My stay at Home 2 Suite was exceptional! The breakfast buffet alone deserves praise—it offered a delightful mix of Western classics like fresh bread, butter, crispy bacon, and sausages, but what truly impressed me was the thoughtful inclusion of Chinese specialties like hearty beef noodle soup. It was a wonderful way to start the day with diverse flavors! The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. My group and I got to stay overnight at LFIA Atrium Hotel. We were greed by a beautiful lady who welcome the group with a warm and friendly welcome. She did not speak English but we were able communicate via Google translate without any issue. The staff helping us with our luggages but we decided to take care of them on our own. She also provided us detail info for breakfast, laundry services if needed and arrange for transfer to the trai. Station without charge— such an excellent services The group is truly appreciated her and staff help to make our trip in Chína continue to be smooth On behalf of the group-8 people, Thank you

This hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

Super recommending this hotel. Near to many tourist spot and walking street. The hotel room is clean and comfy. Staff are attentive, breakfast is nice and not smelly with good ventilation that impress me. Always afraid going for breakfast in hotel due to the oily smell after meal. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was very clean. All the amenities were disposable, which was hygienic. A cleaning lady comes daily to clean the room and replenish the toiletries. If I needed anything, the front desk responded quickly. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here!
