GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are spectacular, in reality they earn more than in the photos. The staff is very attentive, and the treatment is spectacular, especially the security team, both in the pool area and in the hotel in general. The location is very good, it is in the entire center, and it is a very safe and leisure street. Everything and that the hotel is not yet finished, we are sure that it will be just as beautiful. We will repeat without a doubt.

GGuest UserI I have had a greeat time, I highly recomended this family hotel with dogs and a cat, I love animals.
Everything was great,friendly and attentive host .
The bed was confortable and everything is there, fridge, AC in perfect working order.
There is no beach nearby. You need to drive o take the local buses to reach a nice cristal blue water sandy white beaches & 7 colours ocean, spectacular! Very relaxing hotel and peaceful surroundings...

Meu nome é ************************* e venho registrar formalmente uma insatisfação referente à hospedagem realizada em meu nome no Grand Sirenis San Andrés, em San Andrés, Colômbia, sob a reserva nº ****************, com check-in em 24/05/2026 e check-out em 25/05/2026.
Escolhi e contratei uma diária all inclusive justamente para usufruir integralmente da estrutura de lazer e da experiência ofertada pelo hotel, especialmente da piscina de borda infinita com bar, divulgada como um dos principais atrativos do empreendimento e fator determinante para minha escolha.
No entanto, ao chegar ao hotel, fui surpreendido com a piscina interditada, impossibilitando o uso de uma das principais áreas de lazer e do bar associado, sem qualquer aviso prévio no momento da reserva ou antes do check-in.
Além disso, os dois restaurantes do hotel — o restaurante italiano e o restaurante de rodízio de comida brasileira — encontravam-se fechados por ser domingo, informação que igualmente não foi informada previamente. Dessa forma, restaram disponíveis apenas o buffet e o bar, reduzindo significativamente a experiência all inclusive contratada.
Ressalto que a hospedagem foi escolhida e paga com o objetivo de conhecer e aproveitar integralmente toda a estrutura e serviços oferecidos pelo hotel, razão pela qual a indisponibilidade de parte relevante desses serviços gerou frustração da experiência esperada e anunciada.
Diante do exposto, solicito o reembolso proporcional da diária, considerando a indisponibilidade de parte importante da estrutura e dos serviços contratados, especialmente de atrativos relevantes para a escolha da hospedagem, sem aviso prévio.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaVery friendly staff, the young lady (I didn’t get her name) at the front counter was extremely polite and very friendly, always with a professional attitude and very helpful. The entire staff from the manager to custodial always greeted. The room was very spacious and very clean and the view was spectacular. The distance from the center of the town was perfect and just from away from the crowds. Thank Koray for your hospitality.

AAnonymous UserThe service was good by the girls, they were very attentive, however, at the time of cleaning the room, one day, they forgot to do it, and the next one, they just mopped the floor and didn't change the sheets nor the towels. The food was good and the location could be better. They say they have a transport service to guests, but it never worked while we were there.

GGuest UserWell, the Feyajoma is not a hotel. It is apparently a private person dealing with available hotel rooms. Only after contacting Feyajoma via WhatsApp one day before reservation starts I got more information about my hotel. They told me, that I will stay in Nairobi Hotel. Only then I could check about location, quality etc. I have to admit it was not bad for only some €10 for one night. It was clean, very close to the Airport (I wanted it that way and was lucky I got one within 6 minutes walking distance!). Friendly service. No problem at all at Check-In. The negative side, there was no window in my room. And as the hotel was fully booked I couldn't change the room. However, for one night and supposed to leave very early for my flight I accepted. After all, it was ok. But maybe I was lucky. Maybe another time Feyajoma put a guest in a bad Hotel!?!. At least next guests would know now. They can decide to take the risk.
