Arrived and faced some issue with the checking in, but the staffs were friendly and kindly guided us thorugh the whole proses. The room was spacious enough for two and was clean. Some basic amenities are available, one bath towel, one hand towel, shampoo, and bath gel. Hope you can provide bath mat in the future. Overall it was good experience.

Close to the station, the surrounding living facilities are still OK, the safety problem of going out at night is still not safe, after all, the lighting is a relatively dark area Hygiene: ordinary Facilities: General Business Hotel

Location is good in order to reach the Messe in Duesseldorf and with good price. Parking was crowded but you can find in the area at walking distance. Rooms are nice, Breakfast is simple but complete, good tasty bread, no cakes or croissants. Maybe some fresh ham could be added or a variety of yogurts. Reception is not always open but you can check in late or check out early, just inform them. Staff is very nice, ready to listen and doing the very best to assist. The are restaurants at walking distance and you can reach the city center, old town, in 10 minutes by car.
