Hotel Aladino
It was born in the heart of a visionary man, who saw the need to provide accommodation to interested people who came to work for long periods, began to rent rooms in which once was his home. From there, that small project continued to grow to become what is now Hotel Aladino with 55 rooms fully renovated and decorated to meet the needs of our select and loyal clients.

AAnonymous User+++++ One of the best experiences in Dominican Republic. Antique building, interior, breakfast, service and help from employees: all this made the staying very pleasant and comfortable. - the sink was leaking. The repairman came fast, however the problem appeared again after. Suggestion: make available hot water during the day for the guests without a need to ask for it on reception.

GGuest UserI had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

GGuest UserNice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.

I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. One in particular name Molin.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located a bit away from the center in a very good and safe area with restaurants nearby. The reception is very friendly; our room wasn't ready, but we were immediately upgraded to another room. The breakfast is very extensive. The pool with a Jacuzzi area is very large and has plenty of loungers and bar service. There is ample parking for self-drivers.
