⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Giza Capital Hotel
Our experience at Giza Capital Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The room was super clean, very spacious, and came with a beautiful balcony and a relaxing jacuzzi — such a perfect touch after long days of sightseeing. The bathroom was excellent too, modern and spotless.
The real highlight, however, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help us whenever we needed. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for the whole day, which was such a relief. What touched us most was the thoughtful paper cut note they left on our suitcase, thanking us — such a sweet and memorable gesture!
Overall, everything about our stay felt warm, reliable, and welcoming. We would happily recommend Giza Capital Hotel to anyone visiting Cairo/Giza and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely & extremely comfortable hotel located near the pyramids and also the brand New Grand museum. Breakfast and WiFi was superb too.
Service by Malek and her team was excellent.
Had problem with my Uber app and Malek was on hand to help book an uber for me.
Will definitely recommend and stay with them again given the opportunity.
Oh yes, breakfast was complete and healthy. The coffee was very nicely done too.
Kudos to the team.
The owners, Amrak and his wife Ruza and baby Emir were delightful and courteous.
Both of us felt extremely welcome.
Thank you for the great stay and hospitality!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. There is a large cabinet in the room for storage and there is enough space. Disposable slippers and shower gel and shampoo are provided.
Hygiene: The bathroom is clean, the bed is clean and the sleep is comfortable.
Environment: I am satisfied with the environment of the hotel. You can see the pyramids from the room, and there is no bad smell like those hotels near the pyramids. There is a Carrefour within a one-minute walk, where you can buy things, and there is an ATM machine to exchange Egyptian pounds. , next door is a restaurant (the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious 😋)
Service: The boss is really nice and responsible! The first time I went to pay back the money, the boss accompanied me to exchange it. He also helped me familiarize myself with the surrounding environment. If I had any needs or what time to have breakfast, I could discuss it with the boss. He was very, very friendly!
I randomly opened this hotel when I opened a blind box, but I didn’t expect it to be so good. It completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is not big and breakfast will be delivered to the room (remember to choose the traditional Egyptian breakfast, it is delicious 😋). It can be seen that the boss is running the business very carefully!

I had a very comfortable stay here. It’s a small, modern-looking guesthouse with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The aesthetic design and friendly staff made me feel right at home. My room looked exactly like the photos, clean, stylish, and equipped with all the essentials. Its location, away from the busy main streets, offered a peaceful and quiet environment that was perfect for a good night’s sleep. And I have to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable!

The location is excellent, with a pyramid-view room that boasts large windows, providing great ventilation and natural light. There were no strange odors in the room, and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The restaurant with a view is also a plus; you can even go to the terrace to take photos even if you're not dining there. The only downside is that the room faces the street, so there's car noise early in the morning and late at night, which might disturb light sleepers. However, I was fine with it; the location and view were more important to me.

Even though the details stated that check-in closes at 11 PM, I wouldn't arrive until 2 AM. After communicating with the hotel, they confirmed I could still check-in. The guy at the front desk actually waited up for me! He was incredibly friendly and entertaining. He took me up the elevator to the second floor, and by the time I got there, he was already waiting for me at the door. Such speed – has he considered being an athlete? The only downside was some construction noise nearby around 6 AM, which was a bit loud.

Pros:
- The room was modern, spacious, and clean, and even had a jacuzzi bath.
- We had a view of the pyramids from our window.
- The staff are friendly and helpful
Cons:
- The hotel is situated next to a busy highway. You can't hear much when the windows are closed, but don't expect a quiet, serene experience, especially from the rooftop.
- The breakfast is sketchy and made us feel nauseated afterward.

Great
Ccaddi****This hotel is quite famous, with high ratings on Xiaohongshu and Trip.com. My stay was very satisfying. I arrived on an early flight and, just trying my luck, asked at the front desk if any rooms were available. To my surprise, they let me check into both rooms, and it was before 8 AM! I felt like I saved hundreds. Although the rooms are a bit old, they're well-maintained and very spacious. You can call to request more bottled water, and the breakfast is also good – but you need to go early for the best photo spots! I also requested the first shuttle to the Pyramids of Giza for the next morning at the concierge, which was super convenient. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserAmizng place in Giza. Designed in very stylish way. I loved everything about decoration and furnitures. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom high class armature. The biggest asset view from the window and roof top. But the most incredible was the hospitality of the owner. Karim and his team are amazing. I will come back for sure only to this hotel as I love these ppl from the start. I am impressed it happened to me in Egypt this high class hospitality and interior design.
MM20402****The service was quite good. Lower floors near the road can be a bit noisy, but higher floors are fine. They upgraded our room type, and the room was large and clean, with quick service response. The hotel has many restaurants; the ramen and fried chicken at the Japanese restaurant were a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach' – I really couldn't eat any more 'Western food.' The view from the Nile corner is excellent; if you get up early, you can see a beautiful sunrise. It's a bit far from the airport but convenient for visiting the pyramids. My friend's room was even higher and offered a direct view of the pyramids; with a camera, you can get some amazing shots.
GGuest UserThis hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care.
There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience.
I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special.
The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient.
Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable.
Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds.
Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.
GGuest UserWe had a very good stay in the hotel, I would like to thanks Mohamed and Mustafa for their great service, they make us feel extremely comfortable, for every single thing we required they were always ready to help us, maybe something to improve is the internet connection but not big deal, for sure I would come back.
GGuest UserThe staff are all very helpful.
The toilet and shower are also beautiful. There are soap, tissues and toilet paper.
The door has a key and a chain lock. There is also a safe in the room.
It was a very nice hotel. I moved to a different hotel now but I want to return to this hotel again (-_-)
VViningsThe hotel has pyramid view on their rooftop, you cN enjoy the view while havinv your breakfast..the room was ok, but lack of amenities..the breakfast was good..the staff is friendly..overall we have a good tine while staying there
CcontumacysgFacilities: Very old, far from 4-star standard. WiFi is incredibly slow, and my 4G/5G mobile data (from an Orange SIM card bought at Cairo Airport T1) was completely unusable once I entered the room.
Cleanliness: The hotel is only 20 meters from the pyramid entrance. The downstairs area and the entire hotel lobby reeked of horse and camel manure! The room itself was slightly better.
Ambiance: The rooftop dining area offers a nice view.
Service: The owner and staff were quite friendly and helpful, which was probably the best aspect of this hotel.
Ggwz75The lobby was nice, and they offered a complimentary buffet breakfast which was quite good. However, the room facilities were quite poor, and the bathroom felt a bit unclean.
