The hotel was a really good location for me, it was clean and the free breakfast was a really good bonus. The staff were the highlight of this trip, all really friendly and approachable. They have facilities to store luggage so when I checked out I left my bag there. The only slight criticism is that I was expecting a double bed but had a twin room!

Went for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless.

The executive suits are brilliant, little noisy next to the main road but the room is lovely.
While our room rates will not break the bank, attention to detail is always high. With the comfort of Sweet Beds in every room, lightning-quick free fibre WiFi throughout, and one of the most varied breakfast spreads you will find in any hotel, customers are regularly surprised at just how much they get for what they pay. Oh, and you do not have to check out until noon, so you can enjoy a lazy start and an unhurried breakfast. We are also a cashless property and are right in the city Centre LEZ area.

Great value for money and location, location, location! Aberdeen House is fantastic value for money. I stayed for 3 nights on the second floor, the room was clean, comfortably warm and despite being located on a major road the outdoor noise was minimal and did not disturb sleep. Staff were helpful and offered to clean the room daily. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and sachets of uht milk and sugar in the room. What makes Aberdeen House stand out is it's location, directly opposite the train and intercity coach station and around the corner from the ferry terminal for the Orkney and Shetland Isles. It is also directly opposite Union Square Shopping Mall with international brand shops and wide choice of cafes and restaurants and a Cineworld cinema. Our room was amazing, very spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was huge and comfortable. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to try the gym or spa but have decided to come back soon!

Amazing
GGuest UserFantastic hotel in great location of Aberdeen. We loved having a little kitchen with dishwasher for basic food. Very clean and decent sized room. Staff were very friendly.
GGuest UserShort walk from the airport. But still a quiet location. Modern rooms with good facilities. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Stayed in family room with sofa double bed, which worked well.
CClar65The Chester is close to town and a quality hotel that we suspect would be rated higher if it had the gym and pool and spa that many five star hotels have. But, they are not needed. The room was a good size, with all necessary facilities. The common areas of the restaurant are of high standard and the food was excellent. Our room had a couple of minor issues. The shower door leaked a littlw, but caused no problem. The deadlock on the door dod not engage, but we were not concerned as there was a locked door between our door and the public areas. We will happily use again, particularly as the prices were reasonable and the standards and quality were very good in our experience.
OOzzy_WarOverall the experience was good. Good points: The location is excellent and the free parking is a good option for people driving. The host is excellent and very friendly and went out of the way and accommodated my requests. Points to improve: Had a couple of minor issues in the beginning which the host resolved promptly, the flat seems abit tired may need refreshing. The main downside for me are the sea gulls, the flat was quite warm and you had to open the window a little for fresh air and when you do that it appears that just next to the flat the seagulls have a party every night and they scream throughout the night so it is abit hard to sleep. Obviously its not in the hosts control but it is an unfortunate issue.
GGuest UserI have had a very good experience at the hotel. It is only 5 minutes walk from the airport terminal. And check in process was swift. The staff is very welcoming. When it comes to rooms and beds, holiday inn is always on the top. I can rate 9 out of 10.

AAlan Hoy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed here for one night with my wife and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A comfortable place to stay, perfect for visiting the castle nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!
