This is a wonderful hotel! Let's get straight to the concerns, judging by the reviews. Is it noisy? It wasn't noisy in September. Our room was on the reception floor, and out of 5 days, we were only woken up once by a rowdy group. Other things: The room was clean and tidy. It had a jacuzzi and a private courtyard—perfect. The breakfasts were great. The view from the restaurant was incredible! Service. 100 out of 100. Service exceeded expectations! From communication to compliments, from answering questions to solving any problem—they handle everything so you're the winner. Thank you so much for the great stay! Great hotel. Just How a intercontinental hotel should be. 5 stars deserved. Very Nice and confortable room. The staff was great. Nice pools, Nice spa with steam room and sauna etc. Breakfast was superior ! Although we liked everything about the hotel ; they should Maybe change the age for guests at the rooftop pool change to minimum 12 and above (at least for the low season periode )

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay at Elounda Gulf Villas. The suite was luxurious, clean, and beautifully maintained. A special mention to the guys at the bar — their service was exceptional and truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel equipment is completely new. The main restaurant has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that offers a rich buffet, very good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Modern decoration, lots of storage space, very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it !!!

An excellent stay! The hotel is in a great location, the room was spotless, and the staff made us feel welcome right away with their service. Everything was wonderful, we highly recommend it!

Honestly it was nice! I like everything, clean, location is good too, employee so nice and helpful!! I recomment it specifically for adults !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
