MMattSchmattNew try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

Wwant_sanExtremely satisfied! The location is great, right next to a shopping mall, and there are many other shops nearby. It's a chain hotel, so the hygiene is excellent. They even have smoking rooms, and the cleaning service is very thorough.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, but the real highlight is the world-class dining specifically the breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant, which is easily one of the best in the city. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Whether you are there for business or leisure, the impeccable service and prime location make it a top-tier choice in Jakarta.

Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

The location was convenient for getting around, and the service was thoughtful. Overall, it was a great, quiet, and relaxing experience. I would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserRoom a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaSwiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person.
Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. .
You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
